The 6th Annual CBT Blue Mountain will be held June 29 to July 1, 2016 at the state-of-the-art Blue Mountain Conference Centre. Workshop hours are 8:00AM to 12:15PM on each of the three days, leaving you & your family free in the afternoons and evenings to play. Head instructor Greg Dubord, MD is limber like a monkey from giving over 300 workshops, and a recent University of Toronto CME Teacher of the Year. *The AAFP and the CFPC have a bilateral reciprocal accreditation agreement for continuing professional development activities. Members of the AAFP who attend CME activities that have been accredited by the CFPC for Mainpro-C credits can claim AAFP Prescribed credit.
