Advance Course in Laparoscopic Sleeve Gastrectomy

This course provides expert advice on management of complex bariatric surgical cases including revisional surgery and also provides information on some of the latest emerging technologies in bariatric surgery. Emerging concepts include sleeve gastrectomy as a primary weight loss operation and the role of metabolic surgery in the non-morbidly obese. Emerging technologies include the use of single laparoscopic incision transabdominal (SLIT) gastric banding and sleeve gastrectomy. These emerging concepts and advances in bariatric surgery will be sure to stimulate audience discussion and interaction. This course will emphasize on audience-faculty interaction with opportunity for participants to ask questions and even present a complex case to our faculty for discussion.
