DescriptionThis full day didactic course will focus on the evaluation and non-surgical treatment of common orthopedic conditions. Topics will cover treatment from the site of injury to the operating room as well as specific anatomical areas. Clinical diagnostic pearls, physical examination skills, pitfalls to avoid, and a practical treatment approach for the primary care provider will be provided for the various conditions.The specific conditions and topics presented alternate approximately every six years to ensure a fresh approach and new curriculum is presented every year.

Ample time is allotted for questions during the day and orthopedic surgeons and affiliated providers will be available for your specific case questions.The conference is designed for all types of primary care physicians; physician specialists who see orthopedic conditions; medical fellows, residents, and students; chiropractors and podiatrists; physician assistants and nurse practitioners; PA students; orthopedic nurses and technicians; physical and hand therapists; athletic trainers; and others interested in the non-surgical evaluation and treatment of common orthopedic conditions.
