For Rheumatoid Arthritis: I had taken MTX in past but it did not work out for me due to rash proplem caused by MTX so Doctor recommended Sulfasalazine and it worked out very good for about 4 years but the end of friendship came to us...Sulfasalazine was not effective anymore. I met a Doctor who practice natrual madicine also ER Dortor at the local hospital....He recommended 3 natrual Supplements for RA and pain( Turmeric, Wobenzym N, White Willow) and they are very effective (on me) and it is better than Chemical based medications. I have been off from those deadly medications for 5 months now. For Rheumatoid Arthritis: I have been on 15mg then 20mg for two years. Then developed constant explosive diarrhea, dizziness, and confusion. Judged to be allergic, and told to stop the medication immediately. The symptoms continue...how long before it gets better? I am not taking anything for RA right now after a week off methotrexate. |

For Head and Neck Cancer: Have been on cetuximab weekly for 15 months for head and neck (hnc), I.e. secondary tumour in pharagyal space. Tumour has shrunk and now stable with no metastasis elsewhere. Side effects of rash, nail infections, flaky skin, fatigue are bearable. My original mouth cancer surgery and radiotherapy has left me debilitated with no taste or smell, poor swallow and hence limited to a soft diet. Also my speech is poor. Quality of life has deteriorated. However cetuximab has kept me going and seems to have given me an extension of time.
