For Nasal Congestion "I've always believed I need a sinus operation, as my father and sister have had one. I can't remember (even as a child) being able to ever fall asleep while breathing through my nose. I remember clearly a family doctor saying, 'I will recommend something that will change your life. You will be pleased you tried it. Try using Otrivin Nasal Spray before you go to sleep.' I've been using it 15 years straight ever since. I cannot sleep without it or wake up without it. But only recently, I believe I'm starting to see negative side effects. My heart rate has increased and is more intense. And the worst thing (since the bottle and packaging have just changed, which makes me think the formula has also changed?), I've just spent hundreds on seeing a dentist due to a 'bad taste in my mouth,' which I honestly thought was down to an old amalgamated filling dissolving, only to work out it's the Otrivin."
