For Multiple Myeloma "Long term neuropathy in feet and to a lesser degree in hands. Feet problems are miserable. I am 13 years out from treatment and problems became prgressively worse. Neurontin helped, but tingling and pain has persisted particularly at night."

For Rhabdomyosarcoma "Prophylactic administration of VAC (Vincristine, actinomycin-D, cyclophosphamide) with 2mg of Vincristine every week for 10 weeks, 2 weeks break, then further course proposed of 10 doses. Doses ceased after 11 infusions of Vincristine due to severe peripheral neuropathy, in lower legs and lower arms, feet and toes being the worst. CIPN continues in my feet more than 5 months after my oncologist ceased the Vincristine doses. My cervical embryonal rhabdomyosarcoma had been almost certainly completely resected during pre-chemo surgery. The low grade and early stage of my tumour enabled a conservative chemotherapy approach to be taken once the side effects of Vincristine became unbearable. It is hard to say what role the Vincristine played in reducing or eliminating my tumour cells. As for side effects, not a good experience. But I’m cancer-free so it’s worth it."

For Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma "%u25B66x R-CHOP 2/2011-6/3011 (the "O" is Oncovin = Vincristine). %u25B6 { 16x Rituxan 12/2011-4/2014}. %u25B6 {2x Bendamustine/ Rituxan/Rituxan 11/2014-12/2014, myo infarct 12/11/2014} %u25B6 3x CVP (= Cyclophosphamide, Vincristine, Prednisone 4/2015 -5/2015, 3 more due) . %u25B6CVP is my 4th cocktail, since 2-1/2 years of maintenance Rituxan still resulted in increased growth in neck/jaw area %u25B6 Day 1- Day 2 Bendamustine-Rituxan/ Rituxan resulted in myocardial infarction a week after the 2nd cycle; stent placed at L. Circumflex %u25B6 3 cycles after CVP (every 3 weeks for 6 cycles/ infusions), most prominent tumor reduced to half. Low-grade queasiness treated initially w/ Ondansetron, changed to Lorazepam.
