For Overactive Bladder "Very positive. Been wearing a heavy incontinence pad 24/7 for at least 2 years, which didn’t always do the trick. The first day I took this pill, I was not incontinent once during the day or night. Skipped it a couple of days to see if it was a fluke. It wasn’t. I’m taking it again. Slight nausea right after taking it in the morning, but maybe I should eat when I take it. I am very pleased. At 73 years old, I take quite a few meds and was/am hesitant to take another one. Not anymore. Fortunately, my copay covers it as a 30-day supply of well over $600."

For Overactive Bladder "06/05/2023 - Gemtesa 75 mg 1 tab a day. On the 8th day, 06/12/2023, I had nonstop diarrhea, nausea, headache, itching, hot flashes/sweating. As of today, 06/14/2023, I am still experiencing the side effects. OAB has improved."

"Was on Oxybutynin for over 20 years, and have also been having Botox injections every 6 months for the past 7 years, after a spinal cord injury caused me to have a neurogenic bladder. Was continuing to have bladder accidents, so I tried Gemtesa and it worked immediately, however, I did get slight nausea as well as night sweats and sweating when having a bowel movement. Stopped the Gemtesa and sweating went away."

For Overactive Bladder "Just went to the urologist after waiting 6 months. The diagnosis was overactive bladder, and I was given a sample of Gemtesa 75mg to try. I took the first pill to get that bladder to come down. Within 30 minutes, my face lit up as if I had been overexposed to the sun, it was burning and I had red cheeks that spread to the entire face, neck, upper back, and chest. I started having nausea, stomach cramps, lightheadedness, headache, and feeling lethargic. I called the doctor and left a message. I guess we won't try this again!"
