For Overactive Bladder "I tried all the other drugs on the market, including Botox, but nothing worked. I tried Gemtesa and found a huge difference in my overactive bladder. I don’t get a dry mouth like other drugs or any other side effects. I went from holding 250 ml max to 900 ml with no leakage!"

For Overactive Bladder "This med is so helpful for overactive bladder, and unlike some OAB meds, this one does not cause extreme dry eye and dry mouth. Also, I have not noticed any other side effects. Because it is so horribly expensive, I just take a pill every other day, but even that is helping a lot, especially at night. Now, instead of having to 'go' every 1.5 hours, I only have to get up twice a night, which is WONDERFUL! I wish Congress would quit bickering amongst themselves like a bunch of silly school kids and tackle exorbitant drug prices."

For Overactive Bladder "My doctor gave me samples of Gemtesa, and it worked great for my bladder without the horrible dry mouth of the other drug I was on (Oxybutynin). I took it at night before bed. After a week, I woke up with a ringing in my left ear, but it faded after about an hour. The next day, both ears were ringing when I woke up, but it would fade away after a few hours. After a couple of days, both ears were constantly ringing. I told my doctor, and he had me stop taking the drug to see if it cleared up. After a week or so, the ringing quit, but my bladder stayed calm for several weeks. With the remaining samples, I found that I could take one, and it would calm my bladder for a week or longer. I would have stayed on it, taking it as needed, but my insurance doesn't cover it."

For Overactive Bladder "This has helped so much to reduce frequency and urgency when nothing else has helped. I have a little hesitancy with urination, but I don’t mind that. It reduced my frequency from 30-60 minutes to 2-4.5 hours! No dry mouth side effect. I have only been taking samples from my doctor for 1 week. I see improvements every day."
