Tioconazole topical for Vaginal Yeast Infection "I was scared to use this product because of all the bad reviews. However, I showered and then inserted the medicine. I did seem to experience itching that was a tad bit worse than before, but it quickly went away. I had minimal burning, it actually just felt like it was getting warm. I felt relief within hours from the itching. It did remain a little sore for a day or two, but nothing I couldn’t handle."

Tioconazole topical for Vaginal Yeast Infection "So this was my first yeast infection, and I know it's recommended you go to the doctor first. I had read that some home remedies work, so I was downing oregano oil and rubbing yeast guard all over the place. I read online that Monistat is a good antifungal, so I got desperate and bought some. So I bought the 1-day ovule. I inserted it and felt fine for the next couple of hours. But then I went to the restroom, and after, I started itching really bad for about a couple of hours, and then it slowly calmed down. I went to bed about 12 and woke up at 7 feeling completely normal. My lady area is a little sore as to be expected. I have a high pain tolerance, so I mean, it itched, but not as bad as some of the comments on here. I recommend it."

Tioconazole topical for Vaginal Yeast Infection "This is a great product. Didn't quite experience that burning, god-awful sensation, and the next day the symptoms were gone. Although there was a warm sensation and a bit of itchiness after insertion, it was nothing major, and I was able to go to sleep and sleep through the night. Good luck, ladies!"

Tioconazole topical for Vaginal Yeast Infection "Holy moly! I have never felt so uncomfortable in my life! It felt like my vajayjay was on fire! The itching was so intense. I took this at 9:00 pm, at 12 am, I woke up with the intense itching. The itching lasted 4 long hours (I mean intense). The next morning, the yeast infection went away. Having said that, I would rather have a yeast infection than go through that extreme discomfort again. Having a C-section was more pleasant than this product!"

Tioconazole topical for Vaginal Yeast Infection "First, I don't write reviews, but I have to for this one. I just finished taking antibiotics and got a YI. I used the Monistat 1 Day O. After inserting it, within an hour, I was burning and itching severely. It's been 3 hours now, and I'm still hurting. I can't even close my legs because I'm so swollen. I don't recommend this product if you are a sensitive person. I will never, ever buy this again. Trust me, if you don't want your vagina feeling like someone threw gas on it and then threw a match on it, don't get this."

Tioconazole topical for Vaginal Yeast Infection "So I'm about to turn 16, and I got my first yeast infection. And my mom took me to the store to get something, and I had gotten Monistat 3. The product actually took the swelling away, but the itching is unbearable, like I hate it. But other than that, the product really works, and if you guys are complaining about how it makes you itch and burn more, on the box it tells you that you're gonna have more of a burn and itch while using it. Other than the itching and burning, I'd recommend this product."

Tioconazole topical for Vaginal Yeast Infection "This is awful!!! I should've read the reviews first!! I was uncomfortable with the yeasty infection, but I was functioning daily. This thing has me laying here holding my crotch, begging for the painful, uncomfortable itch and burn to go away! I just put it in 2 hours ago. I got what I could of the 'egg' out. I hope this at least has some effect for the better so my fiery vag wasn't for nothing! Awful experience, won't be doing this again! I paid an expensive amount of money, I feel, for pure torture!!!"

Tioconazole topical for Vaginal Yeast Infection "I'm 17 years old, and I took this once before a few months ago. After 3 hours of insertion, I woke up screaming and couldn't fall back asleep because the pain was so horrible. But 2 days later, all my symptoms were gone. Unfortunately, I just got another yeast infection due to a weak immune system. I was so scared to use this again because of my painful first experience, but I knew it would be the fastest way to get rid of it. Thankfully, this time, the burning wasn't nearly as bad as the first time but still burned and itched. It's only been 12 hours, but my symptoms are already going away. Basically, tough out the pain and stay calm because it will go away, and your yeast infection will be gone in a matter of days."

Tioconazole topical for Vaginal Yeast Infection "I don't usually write reviews, but I felt with all the terrible experiences, it was important to share mine. I have had a YI for about 4 days and was taking a pill medication with no luck. So without reading the reviews, I purchased this. I got home around 7 pm, inserted the ovule, and got scared once I read the reviews online. I used the cream and got immediate relief and was fine until about 10:00 pm. At 10 pm, I felt some burning and itchiness, but nothing worse than how my YI felt, and it wasn't so uncomfortable that I couldn't sleep. To me, the burning was it working, so I just let it happen. I woke up this morning at 7 am, and the YI is completely gone. I would definitely use this product again."

Tioconazole topical for Vaginal Yeast Infection "After reading all these horror stories about it, I was really worried about it. I bought it before I read any reviews and still used it after the bad reviews because everyone is different. It WORKED. My only complaint is that the itching was more intense after using the cream and the wipes. I've also been putting some witch hazel on a clean towel and pressing it against the areas it itched the most. I feel so much better. Also, definitely recommend using at night, right before bedtime. My shorts were a mess this morning. I'm glad I didn't take it during the day."

Tioconazole topical for Vaginal Yeast Infection "I am prone to yeast infections after using antibiotics. After using antibiotics for 5 days, it popped up overnight just like I expected. Seeking immediate relief, I applied some witch hazel, which helped long enough for me to sleep through the night. The next morning, I went to my local Rite Aid and purchased Monistat 1. The itching and burning were significantly reduced within 2 hours and cured completely within 18 hours. For those of you reading the negative reviews, please consider that those for whom this product has not worked might not have had a yeast infection but possibly BV (bacterial vaginosis). Many women who self-diagnose often think they have a YI when it is, in fact, BV. As always, if you are unsure, PLEASE see a doctor!"

Tioconazole topical for Vaginal Yeast Infection "So I inserted the CVS brand of the 1 day tioconazole, and it burns/itches like there’s no tomorrow. Now, I'm laying down on my bed with my legs spread open, and it’s giving me some relief, and I’m really hoping this will all be worth it and my YI will be gone."

Tioconazole topical for Vaginal Yeast Infection "I would have to agree with the majority of the posts that it burns like hell when you take it. I took it at 11 pm on Wednesday night, woke up at 2 am in complete and utter agony from burning and itching, it literally brought me to tears! Luckily, I had this forum to ensure me that other women experienced the same, so I tried to just sleep it off. In the morning, the itching and burning had DEFINITELY gone down, I was so relieved. The box says even though it's one dose, it still takes a few days to completely clear up. Each day has felt progressively better. It's now Saturday, and I feel pretty much back to normal, with a few little itches here and there, but only if I'm really focusing on it. Hopefully, by tomorrow, it should be completely gone!"

Tioconazole topical for Vaginal Yeast Infection "Never again! I inserted the ovule at around 10:00 right after a shower, along with the cream. I woke up around 2:00 a.m. to the worst burning and itching ever. I can't sleep, it literally made me burst into tears, the pain is so bad! I would much rather go back to the slight annoyance of my YI rather than deal with this."

Tioconazole topical for Vaginal Yeast Infection "I bought the Monistat 1 (6.5) yesterday because I had gotten a pretty bad yeast infection and just wanted it gone! Here's what happened... I read all of the instructions before bed (around 11 pm), and it seemed pretty straightforward. I grabbed what I needed (panties, panty liner, and meds) and laid on the bed. After the meds were in, I was scared to get up. I know there was a time where this stuff would rub like the Dickens. I had some itching and discomfort about 10 minutes into the process. The pain wasn't unbearable, but it wasn't a walk in the park either. I ignored it until I fell asleep. This morning, I am pleased to say I have no itching, no burning, and after a great shower, I have no discharge. Seems to have worked fine. I recommend."

Tioconazole topical for Vaginal Yeast Infection "Omg!! Fire, fire, fire. My vulva felt like I sat on a campfire!! This is too strong for a delicate place (vagina). Almost an hour after insertion, my itching intensified, burning felt as if I sat on Satan's lap-just excruciating pain-until all of a sudden I felt relief out of nowhere. I will use a prescription from my MD next time. Whewwww, horrific experience."

Tioconazole topical for Vaginal Yeast Infection "OMG! This is death! Way worse than what I started with. I was on antibiotics, and after, I started to have discomfort when peeing. No itch, but I didn't want to wait to that point. Decided to get the devil egg. Worst decision EVER!! Not only now does it itch, but it's on FIRE!!!!! I am trying to keep calm because my husband is sleeping, but I want to scream! Why didn't I read reviews before buying! I don't know how to get rid of it. On top of it, I have an interview for a job in 6 hours... can't imagine trying to get this job with my vajayjay burning like hell. HELP!! This demon egg has got to come out."

For Vaginal Yeast Infection "I have a yeast infection diagnosed by my doctor. I was given the one pill called fluconazole. I took it on Thursday, and it has not kicked in. Last night (Friday), I used tioconazole 1 for the first time, and I don't know if I'm allergic or if it's just the side effects, but since this morning (Saturday), I have been experiencing irritation and itching."

Tioconazole topical for Vaginal Yeast Infection "I went in the store looking for the Monistat 7-day treatment because I’ve used it before and liked it. Well, this product was the only thing they had, so I grabbed it. After inserting it, probably about 10 minutes later, I started itching and burning worse than before. I moved around to ease the pain for about 15 to 20 minutes before getting on the toilet to get some of it out. After about 30 minutes, it was “calming” down some. I slept fine and woke up at about 7:30 with some itching, and here it is at 1:00, and I feel fine. I would probably purchase again if I can’t get Monistat 7. Lol."

Tioconazole topical for Vaginal Yeast Infection "NIGHTMARE. The burning and itching were so bad I had to take a bath at midnight and flush my vagina out. Did fix the issue though, in case that's helpful to anyone else. Having a yeast infection is way better than putting this toxic waste into your vag."

Tioconazole topical for Vaginal Yeast Infection "So here's the deal. Don't take this unless you know you have a yeast infection! Bought this one since it seemed the least amount of time would be involved. Then I went home and read reviews. Everyone is warning about this INTENSE and HORRIBLE burning and itching they felt, which actually made me hold off for a few days. If you do not have a diagnosed YI, then this is going to BURN. Otherwise, it's going to work like a charm. About ten minutes after putting this in before bed, I did feel a little bit of itching, but not even enough to want to scratch. I fell asleep within 15 minutes and slept through the night. I had a diagnosed YI. I had NO BURNING. I had very little itching. This product is going to hurt if you don't have YI!!!!!"
