For Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia "My urologist suggested that I try 5 mg Cialis daily for BPH (enlarged prostate). He gave me a two-week supply to see if I would incur any side effects. He did make it very clear that treatment for BPH requires about a month's regular use of the 5 mg daily dose. From the first day onward, I experienced significant heartburn, which was easily remedied by taking a dose of Zantac with the Cialis and a Zantac 12 hours later. On the 5th day of Cialis, I experienced excruciating muscle pain starting with my lower back, into the buttocks, and legs. At the ER, I was informed that between 5-7% of Cialis users will experience this and to stop using Cialis immediately."

For Erectile Dysfunction "I'm a healthy 33-year-old male. I have been taking 200 mg of Zoloft for over 10 years for depression, and my sex drive and erections have been getting weaker and weaker. I decided to ask my doctor and was prescribed 5 mg of Cialis for daily use. I took the pill as soon as I got home. My girlfriend came over 2 hours later, and I had one of the best erections since I was a teenager! I couldn't believe it! The erection lasted long enough for her to 'finish,' and then I started going soft. I'm sure it will take a few days before it reaches maximum effectiveness. I am so surprised by the immediate results. I was really losing hope. I experienced minor muscle pain and a slight headache, but I hear these go away after continued use. I'm so happy!"

For Erectile Dysfunction "What is available in the drugstores here is 20 mg Cialis. I used to take one every weekend. I satisfactorily enjoy the side effects of headache and muscle aches. Just two months ago, I started to divide the 20 mg pill into three, i.e., a third per week, i.e., a 20 mg Cialis for three weeks. It has been working effectively!"

For Erectile Dysfunction "I am a 48-year-old male in average shape, however, I do smoke a lot and was having trouble maintaining an erection. Spoke with my doctor and he gave me a sample pack of the 36-hour Cialis. Took the first pill Wednesday night and was good to go for the next 2 days. Took the 2nd pill Friday night and I was having sex multiple times through Sunday night. The feeling of being ready and able to spontaneously perform multiple times over the course of several days was awesome. The downside, I did incur the side effects of a runny and stuffy nose as well as moderate head and muscle ache. Was not enough to discourage further usage. My girlfriend, who is 36, by the way, was very impressed. It felt good to be young again. I have a prescription for Levitra but have yet to try it."

"I started taking Cialis for Raynaud's about 1 week ago. I do already notice a difference in the blood flow to my hands and feet, however, the daily headaches and muscle aches in my legs make me question if it's worth taking. I'll wait it out a few more weeks to see if the side effects lessen."

For Erectile Dysfunction "I finally worked up the courage to talk with my doctor about erections and asked for a prescription. I take an antiseizure medicine that has erectile dysfunction as a side effect and I am 62. The erection effects of this medicine are amazing. I split a 20mg pill into as many pieces as I can without them crumbling, usually 5, and let them dissolve under my tongue. If I take some Friday night, I am good for the weekend and have that fullness feeling throughout the day that makes me feel like a 20-year-old and have a hair-trigger erection when we are ready for sex. Stuffy nose is irritating, mildly dull headache that Tylenol takes care of. The first couple of weeks taking this I did experience muscle aches but these went away as my body became more accustomed to it."
