For Osteoarthritis "I had a total knee replacement, right knee, 15 months ago with terrible results. Now my left knee is painful due to arthritis. Dr. will not do another knee replacement due to the results of the first one. Suggested Euflexxa series of three shots. They were somewhat painful during injections. After the first two shots, I felt a little better. Now, one week after the third shot, I have terrible muscle spasms in my back and sciatica on both sides. Painful standing for any amount of time. Had a bad headache for two days. Taking Tramadol for the pain. I am allergic to cortisone, so that is not an option. I had torn meniscus repair in both knees years ago. Will not do any more Euflexxa shots as I probably have sensitivity to that as well. Glad it worked for some of you, but there is no way to know if it will work, it is a chance you take."

For Osteoarthritis "Don't bother wasting your time with Euflexxa. I have been diagnosed with moderate osteoarthritis, and Euflexxa only made my condition worse. Now I am stuck with a sore back, I can hardly bend over, my limbs have no flexibility and are sore as heck. I don't get it. The treatment did not even come close to doing what it was described as. My doctor told me that the fluid only stays in your knee about two days, and then it is gone. It is not described that way on the Euflexxa website. It says it hardens into a gel, then forms a cushion between your bones. My experience is that this is NOT true. And how much am I paying for this??? Don't bother spending your money on Euflexxa. Your money is better spent on a partial or full knee replacement."

For Osteoarthritis "Was told I needed a knee replacement on my right knee, not bone on bone yet but close. Had my first injection 12/13/16. Injection was not painful because it was injected slowly as it is thick, only felt pressure as it was almost done. Second injection was a horror as the person injecting just slammed the whole thing in, and I was in severe pain and could hardly walk out of the office. I just had my third injection yesterday, and the person who gave me the first injection did it with no pain. I have felt no real pain in my knee since the first injection so far. Dr. said there are 6cc's of fluid that is now in the joint, so it may feel like you're walking on a bubble. My issue is I'm having very bad back pain, which I'm not sure if that is related to the injection or not."

For Osteoarthritis "After years of pain, I decided to get relief with 'Euflexxa' shots. Worst decision I ever made. I got my first shot on 11-4-15, and I have been sick with a fever-99.3 - 101.5 since then, and it is now 12-6-15. I went back to the doctor who gave me the 2 shots for the 3rd shot on 11-18-15 and showed him the swelling in my neck, along with the constant fever, muscle spasms, back and shoulder pain, headaches, joint pain, feeling weak, and constant terrible neck pain, so I can't drive. The doctor said that I have had an adverse reaction to 'Euflexxa' as after the first 2 shots my fever spiked within 24 hours. He wouldn't give me the 3rd shot, and told me to apply ice on my neck swelling and allow the 'Euflexxa' to wear off. Horrible nightmare-never again."
