For Erectile Dysfunction "I have been taking Sildenafil for about 2 months. I have tried to follow all the instructions. First time I tried 40 mgs and got a fairly good erection firm but not really hard. Then went up 60 mgs about the same results maybe less, Went up to 80 mgs and had so so erection firm but not really hard. Went to 100 and have had better erections but still not hard and I always feel like I am about to lose it. "

For Erectile Dysfunction "I'm 71 and used ED drugs now for 15 years. Last year, when the drug companies clouded and jacked the price of a 100 MG Viagra tablet up to $50 I went looking for alternatives. Found Revalto was the exact same drug as Sildenifil Citrate only in 20MG tablets so I talked to my Dr and he wrote me a prescription for 10 of them, which only cost me $3.25 I had been taking the 100MG Viagra so I took 5 each of the 20MG tablets the first time I tried them and that worked like magic again. Over the past year I've found out that 3 of those 20MG tablets work fine and the only difference I see is they work MUCH FASTER (20 minutes for me) so adjust your "session" accordingly! And 3 of those only costs .95 cents!!! ;-)"

Viagra (sildenafil) for Sexual Dysfunction, SSRI Induced "Because it's VERY expensive and 25, 50, and 100 mg pills all cost the same, I cut 100 mg pills into 4 pieces, though not with total accuracy. 25 mg is enough for me. For me it begins to take effect in about 30 minutes and is fully effective by about 40 minutes. The effect lasts for at least 2 hours and I experience no side effects. I suppose if I wanted it to last longer I could take another 25 mg since I'd still be at only 1/2 of the maximum recommended dosage which is 100 mg. It gives me an extra hard erection. I don't use Viagra every time though. There are pill cutters available which make it easier to cut pills."

For Erectile Dysfunction "I'm 64yo and never had needed any help in bed but recently things have taken a down turn. When I mentioned to my doctor he was quick to prescribe Viagra to be taken one hour before needed. The pharmacist suggested sildenafil 100mg instead as a cheaper brand with the same characteristics and effect. It does ABSOLUTELY Nothing. Took one at 21:40, jumped in the shower, shaved, manicured, went to bed and followed a bit of facebook with my wife; start massaging her but, at 12 midnight still nothing, if so, making me so tired and sleepy and frustrated. I think I should take it back to the pharmacist with a complaint. I'm only 48 but had been suffering occasional issues with not getting or keeping an erection and it was becoming an issue. As any man knows...once you think too much about how important it is to get the erection, it's not going to stay or happen! Doctor recommended trying Viagra 50mg to get back into the swing of it after the usual checks. He actually said probably cutting the 50mg pill in half would work, but I popped in the 50mg anyhow at the end of a meal out and gave myself the recommended 1 hour. With 100mg I can cut a diamond in half but the sensitivity goes away. I get them online which I found after days of research I pay $1 for a pill versus $30 with my insurance plus insurance told me only 4 pills a month. For Erectile Dysfunction "Tried sildenafil for the first time this weekend for ED. It has a tendency to make and outgoing personality not so much. It did not make me rock hard at 60 mg. I'm thinking it should have. The next day I did a 20 mg and then later that evening 40 mg more. Each evening I had trouble getting to sleep. The second evening I had to get out of bed due to the side effects. Honestly I really thought I might be dying. It made me feel extremely thirsty with dry mouth symptoms, made me feel like I had to go sit on the toilet for about an hour and I had what is described as a flush which was the complete body sweat come over me. Unfortunately I was in a very remote area and it made me very concerned for my life. I will never take it again."

Viagra (sildenafil) for Erectile Dysfunction "I'm 71 and been using viagra or sildenafil for about a year. It is an wonderful drug but getting the dosage right is critical. I can still get an erection without help but it had become a bit unreliable. I started off taking half a 50mg tablet . It certainly worked but I felt it was just a bit too much. I now cut tablet into 4 and find a quarter of a tablet makes all the difference and barely gives me any side effects. The half tablet dose was too much for me. It gave a very strong erection but reduced the sensations and gave me a slight headache . So I reckon it's worth experimenting to find the minimum dose you can get away with. (NB the low dose works better on a reasonably empty stomach)"
