For Herbal Supplementation "I took it hoping for it to be like a mild version of Ativan, clonazepam or diazepam and was pleasantly surprised. It didn't last long, but who cares? I've got a ton of it (Not literally) It did have sedative, anti-anxiety, relaxing effects, only not quite as strong as a benzo. I figure if u have nothing else, why not give it a whirl? Happy dreams!"
