Netarsudil ophthalmic for Glaucoma, Open Angle "I started Rhopressa. I was not convinced since only Cosopt has helped. Most drops increase my pressure. I have had 2 types of laser surgery with minimal results. Increasing damage to the optic nerve. Increased loss in visual fields. I was on Rhopressa for 3 weeks. Pressures pre: 20 and 21. 3 weeks later: 8 and 9."

Netarsudil ophthalmic for Intraocular Hypertension "I was diagnosed with ocular hypertension about 4 years ago. I kept it under control with Travatan-Z for about three years, and then the pressure started to creep up again. My doctor added Rhopressa to my regimen, and it has helped keep the pressure down (below 20). However, the Rhopressa has the unpleasant side effect of watery eyes, which gives me blurred vision - mainly when reading or at the computer. It also causes some eye irritation and redness. I've tried at least three other types of drops, but all have their drawbacks. For me, Travatan-Z has the least side effects, but doesn't seem to do the job anymore."

Netarsudil ophthalmic for Glaucoma, Open Angle "Within one hour after my first dose of Rhopressa, my eye was red, and I had a headache in the back part of my head. By next morning, the redness wasn’t gone, and neither was the headache. Later in the evening, things got better. So I tried another dose and experienced the same reaction over again. I just called my doctor to report my side effects. I do not want another drop of Rhopressa."

Netarsudil ophthalmic for Glaucoma, Open Angle "No help at all. Eyes red and scratchy. Outrageously priced. Used the free samples and then told the pharmacy to cancel the script. Stick with Dorzolamide and Latanoprost. It is expensive too at $337.00 per dropper."

Netarsudil ophthalmic for Glaucoma, Open Angle "Since using Rhopressa, I have had a significant increase in migraine headaches, from one or two a month to, in the last month, almost daily. I have become highly suspicious that it is the Rhopressa for a number of reasons. I will skip it for several nights and see what happens with the headaches. It has truly been a nightmare. In a lifetime living with migraines, now in my late 60s, I have never had anything like this ever occur before with my migraines."

Netarsudil ophthalmic for Intraocular Hypertension "After 7 weeks, pressure didn't change. The super red, bloodshot eye (just 1) was unreal! Broken blood vessels were all over the eye. This from 1 drop every night. Dr. stopped prescription."

Netarsudil ophthalmic for Glaucoma, Open Angle "Although it did lower my IOP, it caused redness, eye discomfort, and fluctuating vision (worse in the morning and better in the evening as the effect of the drug waned). The fluctuating vision is the worst side effect. It makes it very difficult to read a computer screen, which is what I had to do all day long. I cannot wait to stop it. I have used Combigan for years without problems. Rhopressa was added when my IOP went up after steroid drops were introduced post-DMEK. I will stop Rhopressa as soon as I wean off steroids!"
