"After a year on lorazepam (which is addictive), my ENT doc recommended this supplement for my vertigo. I've taken it religiously over ten years with no known side effects. It saved my sanity and gave me back my life, after years of daily vertigo. I was not able to function or actually 'live' life until I began taking Lipoflavonoid. I also found the drugstore brand (which was cheaper) worked equal to the manufacturer brand. I tell anyone and everyone I meet about this supplement. I honestly don't understand why this supplement doesn't receive greater exposure to the public!!"

"After taking the first four pills, my stomach went crazy. Felt bloated and uncomfortable, sat on the toilet seven times but did not really move my bowels; by day's end, just liquid bits, and awaking the next morning saw leakage in my underpants. Very uncomfortable, and most of all, a very expensive way to find something that does not work. If anything, the tinnitus hissing sound was louder during sleep. I was better off using shiatsu acupressure and thinking positively. The company does refund your money. Proceed with caution is my advice."

"I had been taking Metanx for over 5 years to help with severe persistent muscle cramping. When I got COVID, had back surgery, and total hip replacement within 6 months. During those 6 months, I was taking so much other medication that I stopped the Metanx. Within 2 months, the muscle cramping started again. This medication is amazing, and I won't stop it again."

"My doctor took me off arthritis meds and put me on Rheumate, which is causing heartburn, then upset stomach. Eventually, I started vomiting. Sometimes, I can't keep anything down for many days. Then, I go several days without vomiting but still have an upset stomach. It’s been an endless cycle. I finally went to the doctor recently. The doctor told me to stop Rheumate for now and put me on Omeprazole for my stomach. I have an appointment to see a rheumatologist again. I started Rheumate the second week in August 2019. It’s now the third week in October, so going on three months. I’m on pain meds too. I didn’t notice a big difference in pain during warm weather. As the weather got cooler, my joints got stiff and more painful. Now my joints hurt more, like before I was on arthritis meds. My other joints have been bad lately. But my knees are really bad when I go upstairs or go to stand. I had some knee pain before. But I didn’t have severe knee pain like I do now. I was really trying to give it a chance. But it’s all just too much."

"I have been taking Nature's Bounty Hair, Skin & Nails Softgels for 30 days now. I didn't realize the allergic reaction I was having was related to these vitamins until today. I have been to Urgent Care twice, the dermatologist, and my primary care doctor in the past month to address my swollen, numb, burning, peeling, stinging lips. I have been treated with prednisone and antibiotics and topicals. In addition, I have had diarrhea. I should have checked the side effects and reviews first!"

"The Hair, Skin & Nails product I bought has PABA in it. After several days of taking this multivitamin, I thought my hair was looking better, but I developed an itchy rash all over my torso (mostly on my back). I don't know whether to attribute this problem to the vitamins (and PABA in particular), but since I've stopped taking the vitamins, the rash seems to be healing."

"This product was awesome for the first year I took it, and I felt immediate relief not only from tinnitus but also it helped my ears to pop. So that says it lowered inflammation? But the other bottles, and I tried quite a few, from different places, nothing. I am very disappointed, don't know if they changed the formula or what. I am even wondering about another issue. My right ear suddenly plugged up, so the sound now is like I hear everything like it is coming from inside my own head... it's echoing... totally disruptive. Did the new formula do this? I finally got my ENT to prescribe Serc, aka Betahistine, that I have heard worked wonders. Unfortunately, it hasn't helped me one bit with tinnitus."

"I'm on Metanx for 3 weeks, I see no improvement yet, actually, I'm feeling worse. So, as I read, it could take up to 3 months since I've had peripheral neuropathy for 12 years now. Maybe things get worse before they get better, not sure. My tongue always feels burnt, and lips feel chapped and they are not. The burning sharp pain is stronger, leg cramps every night. I'm hoping I feel some relief. $174.00 for 3 months is a lot of money, especially if it doesn't even help. I'm praying :("

"Purchased these to help with age-related changes to hair and skin - nothing major, just trying to get ahead of menopause. There’s WAY too much vitamin A in these supplements - the three-pill dosage gives you 167% of your daily recommended vitamin A. If you eat healthy like me, you don’t need that much. Add in retinoids like Retin A that I use to keep my skin smooth, and you’re getting way too much. My hair started falling out in clumps. I started having serious bone pain - it was terrible! My dr tested my vitamin A levels - very high after taking this medication for a month. Avoid this supplement!"

"I started taking Nature's Bounty Hair, Skin & Nails Extra Strength 5000mcg softgels on April 24th, 2021, every day except for a couple of days I forgot. I stopped taking them on June 19th, 2021. I didn’t change anything about my eating or my exercise habits. I drink more than enough water. I’ve had constant extreme bloat for the last couple of weeks and gained some fat on my stomach area I have never had before until I took these pills. My hair seems slightly thicker, but that can be from me just taking better care of my hair since I started the pills in general. I will never take these pills again and won't recommend them either."

"I’ve been feeling bloated and so uncomfortable in my upper stomach the past three weeks. "I had a horrific reaction to this vitamin. My eyes became very dry, and within 3 days, they were swollen shut!! So bad that I couldn’t even drive!! The excessive swelling has caused terrible dryness of my eyelids and underneath, which has consequently caused terrible wrinkles!! I’ve seriously aged 10 years because of this vitamin and the horrible side effects it’s caused. Take with extreme caution."

"I couldn't tolerate these vitamins any longer than a few days! They smelled horrible, and I began noticing that I tasted this smell in my mouth, and my skin also smelled just like the vitamins! "I have been taking Nature's Bounty gummies for over a month. I have experienced a dry, itchy scalp, dry peeling hairline, dry hard rashy patches on my neck, and severe sores on my scalp. My head is now discolored and very white. My head being on fire is an understatement, I have scratched until my edges have thinned out. This product should be taken off the market, and the company should be sued. Today was my last day taking the gummies, and hopefully my head will get back to normal. I'm glad I decided to read the reviews for this product because now I see I'm not alone, I have every symptom everybody else has, and now I know I'm not going crazy."

"I used the gel caps, and my hair grew great, and no side effects. I bought the tablets and had a severe reaction, rapid heart rate, very high blood pressure, and a feeling of passing out, no hair improvement. I thought I was going to have a stroke, and I do not have high blood pressure."

"I started taking these gummies almost 3 months ago. I didn't have any major side effects in the beginning, maybe just a sore stomach at first, but that's normal as your body has to adjust to this new supplement. I started to see around a month that my hair was getting longer. It used to be a little past my shoulders, and now it's halfway down my back. So I did see some results with these, but everyone's body handles stuff differently, so maybe it worked for me but won't work for someone else. My hair has always been extremely slow growing, but I noticed a faster pace with the help of these. BUT I did start to get nonstop itchiness all over my arms and legs... "Did they work? Yes. My nails and hair were flourishing. But! I had a horrible reaction to them. Severe itching all over my body. Started with my legs. Went on for months because I didn’t think I could be allergic to a vitamin. Went to a dermatologist and everything and got diagnosed with atopic dermatitis. I’ve cut them out after finally getting the brains to read the reviews after a friend said she got bad acne from them. "I started using this product almost a month ago. My hair was really thin, and I had numerous bald patches. It's even worse now since using it. "I have been experiencing what feels like cuts and rashes on my face, itchy scalp and skin at night, tight headaches, and itchiness around my lips and eyes. These 'vitamins' need to be taken off the shelves immediately. "It's been a week since I started feeling itchiness. I thought it was mosquito bites or bedbug bites or ant bites. But it was really a different kind of itchiness.
