"Do not take Nature's Bounty Hair Skin and Nails! I developed a bad rash, and I believe an enlarged lymph node after starting this supplement about a month ago. I feel itchy all of the time all over my body. Just came to the realization tonight that the supplement is the cause of my condition. Definitely not taking any more of this supplement!"

"Let me begin writing this comment about Lipo-Flavonoid that this is the only tinnitus treatment that ever worked for me. My ringing in the ear didn't change at all with many other types of medicines. Natural and hearing aids did nothing for me compared to how well this vitamin supplement worked. My tinnitus dropped over 50%, which was a big deal for me. This tinnitus treatment isn't a cure, it is good ear ringing medicine that helps with tinnitus. It will not go away altogether. Secondly, you need to be serious about this, you need to take it every day at a certain time for two months. If you get results that you tinnitus want, keep taking it. Lastly, those two months that you are waiting for it to work are rough. Be prepared mentally."

"This product works, but has to build within your system and even says so in the literature that 3 to 6 months could be the timeline. It took me 5 months before I had full relief. Two caplets three times a day now is one caplet for breakfast, lunch, and before bed. I had debilitating tinnitus from too loud music and being a DJ, but this was a lifesaver. Warning too the young with those blasting AirPods: be careful!"

"OMG... so grateful that the nightly pain and feet and toe numbness are diminishing. I thought I would have to live with this pain forever. I am 57 yrs old and trying to avoid opiates, had tried homeopathic remedies including CBD topical oil and Advil PM when I could not stand the pain anymore. Now, going on 2 months of taking 2 capsules a day, I have more feeling in my feet and fewer balance issues, and the toe numbness is almost all gone. No side effects. Well worth the $50 a month. Finally, something that works."

"After about 4 days, I developed an itchy rash around my mouth and on my eyelids. I never thought a hair, skin, and nails vitamin would do something like this, so I unfortunately continued to take it. Fast forward another 3 days, and I felt like I could claw my eyelids and mouth area. These areas are now also slightly inflamed. I decided to Google reviews, and what do you know? Seems like this is a common reaction. I personally believe these should be pulled from the market. I’m just hoping after a good detox my skin goes back to normal. I’m documenting with pictures just in case I need to pursue this further, and I’d suggest others do the same. I’d really like to hear from others who’ve had a similar experience if, when you stopped taking this, your healthy skin returned. I’m very worried I’ve permanently done damage."

"D3 with K2 is an excellent combination and keeps calcium out of the arteries and in bones where it belongs. I have taken it for years daily and highly recommend it. I took 5,000 IU for years but just upped it to 10,000 IU because I was depressed and only had a 25 score after testing, which is below optimal levels. My depression has been a lot better and nearly eliminated."

"I have Meniere's, which is a more severe form of vertigo. It was prescribed by a neuro ENT many years ago. I can only take 1-2 daily because of the Vit C, but if I don't take it, I stay away from stairs and am not able to drive. I also have to hold onto walls, etc., when I walk through the house. It also has stopped the tinnitus and echoing in my left ear. I have tried other products, and it was a total waste of money!!!!!"

"I had been taking generic gummy supplements for hair, skin, and nails for 5 months and did notice a difference in my hair and nails. When I ran out of gummies, I decided to try Nature's Bounty extra strength hair, skin, and nails pills. After taking one pill a day for 3 days, I began breaking out in hives on my arms and behind my ears. I continued taking the pills for 3 more days, thinking they weren't the cause. Once I stopped taking them, I still had hives and severe itching. Neither over-the-counter antihistamines nor hydrocortisone helped alleviate the symptoms. Since the rash continued for days after I stopped taking the supplement, I tried it again, thinking it couldn't have been it. Sure enough, that night I was waking up just to itch my arms. I never took these supplements again, but it is day 3 after the last pill I took, and the hives and itching continue."

"Suffering from both diabetes and its sequelae, as well as vascular insufficiency in my legs and feet, every step I've taken for the past three years has been extraordinarily painful, with both severe leg cramping and the burning, numbness, and imbalance of neuropathy. My endocrinologist gave me a two-week sample, and within three days, the vascular cramping disappeared. I still have neuropathy but sense it lessening. Ironically, two years ago, after an inexplicable failed arterial stent, a hematologist found that I was deficient in vitamins B12, B6, and folic acid, which can affect blood coagulation. I've been taking these supplements in OTC products since then and have not seen any change until Metanx. Activated folic acid is the difference!!"

"Can't swear it's working, but I think it is. Only been on it a little over a month, but after having this pain for two years, I can gauge today that it's about 30% better, the pain anyway. I still have numbness and cramping when in bed, and it still feels like the bones in my feet are broken, but it's just not as harsh. I have wasted so much time and money on shots, boots, orthotics, Gabapentin, RA meds... why not try this then? I did just get diagnosed with diabetes. So I'm googling everything about medical food, clinicals, reviews, and adding my experience just in case it will help someone decide to try it or not for a little while to see. Hope you all get relief one way or another. Good luck!"

"I have neuropathy in both my feet and have suffered for many years without finding anything that helps. I have been on Metanx for a month and a half and notice a huge difference after taking this medicine. I will say for the first month my feet got worse, however, I just kept taking the meds daily and have now noticed a huge change. I can't rave enough about Metanx and will for sure refer people to try it."

"I saw that this product was on sale at my local grocery store, and I bought it because I wanted my hair and skin to get healthy. The bottle said to take 3 pills a day for adults. I chose to take only 2, as I thought that 3 pills were excessive. After the first day, I noticed small bumps on my arms, very itchy bumps. For 4 days, I've been taking this supplement, and the itchy bumps kept increasing all over my arms. I stopped taking it after the 5th day. I'm going to let my body detox this product out of my system because I never break out in any form of hives and such. Worst supplement ever. Should be removed from the shelves if so many people are experiencing the same symptoms."

"Everything I have had since I started taking these has made sense! It started with a yeast infection, or what I thought was. Then blood in urine!! I took antibiotics prescribed by my doctor, didn’t take the vitamins but took them after the antibiotics were done and blood in urine again! Two others have indicated they had the same reaction! "Good thing I've read comments from this site, now I'm relieved. I started using Bounty for hair, skin, and nails a week ago. My skin was fine before taking it, but some rash and itchiness developed since day two of taking the pills. I think I have to stop it now since I'm scared of the possible things that may happen to me. Being cautious on the drugs or pills to be ingested should be considered in buying this kind of product. Most people commented a serious problem on their end while taking this drug, so I guess Bounty should make a recall on their products. I am not buying any Bounty products anymore. It's traumatizing since I can recall that this is the cause of my allergies as well back in February. I've learned my lesson."

"I tried the product for tinnitus. It didn't work. When I found this review site, I saw a post from 3 years ago that is about the same problem I am having with getting a refund. The Lipoflavonoid did not work at all for me. I have tried to get a refund for two months!! If you try it, I hope you get positive results. But if it doesn't work for you, do not expect the refund!!"

"I used this product for roughly 3 weeks. Within the first few days of taking the gummies, I noticed my earring holes in my ears filled up with pus to the point I could push on it and it would ooze. I also was feeling nauseated daily. I stupidly didn't connect these incidents with the gummies, so I continued for a couple more weeks. I began getting cystic pimples along my jawline, nose bridge, zits, and bumps on my scalp, my gas and feces smelled horrendous."

"I have some diabetic neuropathy in my feet and was prescribed Metanx by a podiatrist. It helped my feet a lot and, more importantly, fixed my low back pain. I have taken it for 9 months, but probably will have to stop. It has started making me extremely irritable and anxious. I stopped it a few days, and these symptoms did not occur. Then I tried taking it again, and about 30 minutes later I was extremely agitated. I googled this and see B12 can cause this. I sure hate this, because it really helped my back."

"I am a 37-year-old male construction worker, and I have been using Nature's Bounty gummies for my hair, skin, and nails for over two years now. About three weeks after my first dose, I noticed my thumbnails were like freaking daggers... I was accidentally cutting my thighs and forehead just getting dressed! My hair is also about 26 inches long, strong, and shiny blonde. In construction, I use my hands all day. I use my nails to pry and scrape, and even my thumbnail as a screwdriver. I love these gummies, I really believe they work great for me. I have never experienced any itching or rashes. I get headaches, but I've also got a slew of medical issues, and I am on pain meds from pain management. I may get the occasional constipation, but I get that from my meds too. "I started taking lipo-flavonoid several years ago (I'm in my mid-60s now) for worsening tinnitus. The symptom is a constant extremely high-pitched background sound in both ears, occasionally changing to a pure note, as with a tuning fork, that shows up in one ear for several seconds then gradually goes away as it is replaced by the constant background sound. I've noticed that it gets louder about 25-35 minutes after eating a meal or a piece of sugary candy. The lipo-flavonoid took about a month to make a difference. It isn't 100% effective - it didn't stop the sound completely - but it did noticeably help."

"So many bad reviews, I stopped reading. I have been using Nature’s Bounty Hair, Skin and Nails for 4 years now. I’m not into the gummies, I’ve always used the softgels. "I have been on Lipoflavonoid for over 2 months, 2 tablets 3 times a day after meals. Lately, I find I am getting tingling in my fingers and feet, which does not seem to go away. I still have the ringing in the ears, about the same as before. I am discontinuing Lipoflavonoid and will see if the tingling goes away."

"Took Neuriva months ago for 30 days and didn't notice anything. Since then, I was put on Crestor for cholesterol. Started Neuriva, and within 3 days, experienced stroke-like symptoms. I was walking to the right and falling. After a CT and MRI showing no evidence of a TIA, I determined it must be the two drugs together. Needless to say, I discontinued Neuriva."
