For Dietary Supplementation "This has been the best thing for me and my daughter. It got her off all her meds and she is happy. It also helped me. It sucks that some doctors won't prescribe it especially when it is a brain vitamin Deplin but you can also get a L-Methylfolate Calcium vitamin too"

For Dietary Supplementation "This is really an amazing medical food. I have a deleted MTHFR gene and as a result suffer from depression. When I feel an onset of depression I take Deplin and within 20 minutes I am back to normal, an hour at most. Sometimes it will take me a few days to shake it. It all depends how long I have been able to be normal without it. I had been taking it daily until I started getting irritable and my doctor then told me to go on a maintenance dose, as I was now getting too much of it in my system. I usually take it twice a month or once a week, but if I forget to take it sooner or later I have a depressive bout and I then I have to take it for several days until I can get back to normal. For those who have this defective gene, Deplin is a life saver. All you are doing is giving your body what it can not produce for itself. Just remember to take a dose of Vitamin B-12 with methylocobalamine also, because Deplin masks vitamin B-12 deficiency, which needs to also be treated."

For Dietary Supplementation "It was great until I got taken off of it because of some Dr. Now I gotta fight to get back on it... Truth be known SOME DOCTOR'S WILL NOT ADMIT WHEN THEIR WRONG..."

For Dietary Supplementation "My 12 year old was extremely depressed with suicidal thoughts. She tried several different antidepressants & was just very blah, tired & unemotional.
