"I’m so glad to be finally doing this. I used Spravato administered by a psychiatrist. It was exactly like an LSD trip. I’ve taken it 40 years before when I was about 20. It was awful. I did six treatments, I thought I was gonna go nuts. It did not help the depression at all. It was a waste of my time, and I hope it didn’t hurt my brain. It’s a scary substance, a very scary substance. I wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy. Thank you for listening."
