For Dry Skin "I used Eucerin for blemishes. After 4 nights' use, I woke with a rash on my face that I'm struggling to get rid of. The rash burns throughout the day. I'm afraid to continue using it as it might worsen the rash... The rash looks like an acne breakout."

For Dry Skin "I had been using Blistex lip conditioning serum, and my lips had become extremely dry, so I continued to put more and more on, not even considering that the Blistex was causing the problem. My lips became swollen and burned. My lips now look very dark, like they have been burned. After reading all of the issues other people have been experiencing with this product, how is this company still allowed to sell this product? I’m so incredibly disappointed and in pain. This product is trash, and it has been thrown in the trash where it belongs. I will never, ever buy this product again and will tell everyone I know to don’t bother."

For Dry Skin "Used CeraVe Daily PM moisturizer. Beyond terrible!! It’s crazy, after reading so many negative reviews, that this is still recommended as a 'low allergen' 'non-comedogenic' product. A bit of backstory - I'm 34 years old, have mildly sensitive skin but never suffer from pimples or pigmentation issues as I am very strict with my diet: i.e., no sugar, no vegetable oils, no grains, no dairy, etc. Have been using this product for 3 weeks, and every day my skin is getting worse and worse! My face has become incredibly red on my forehead and cheeks and have developed quite severe pimples all over my forehead. Absolute disaster of a product."

For Vaginal Dryness "I’ve only used it once so far recently. I tried it many years ago, and it was so watery it was almost as if you peed your bed. No burning this time, but yes to the white clumps. I couldn’t imagine what they were until I came across this website. But I have also had the white clumps from (HyloGyn)? And other vaginal moisturizers that I have tried. So I’m guessing it is dead skin cells from all of them. Would have been nice for the makers of these products to let you know. I’m hoping I don’t get bleeding or pain. Menopause is awful."

For Vaginal Dryness "I have had a great experience with Replens. I have been using it for about a year now. I wish someone had told me about it earlier because I used pellets to combat dryness and was told to take progesterone, which made me bleed heavily. I got off the pellets and I just happened to see Replens in the drugstore one day. I am surprised I had to stumble upon this product and no doctor or nurse practitioner told me about it. I guess because they couldn't profit from it. Anyway, it has been a godsend! I also experienced the white clumpy discharge, but after that went away, it has been smooth sailing! Surfboard!"

For Dry Skin "I think I have found the holy grail. I have been an eczema sufferer my whole life. I recently finished a 6-year topical steroid withdrawal NIGHTMARE after using steroids for many years. At first, it seemed as though my eczema had gone into remission, but after a few months, I noticed problems with my skin again, more with dryness and flaking than active eczema. I fought it for months with every alternative therapy, potion, oil, and diet out there with no success. Out of desperation, I visited the derm again, who prescribed me Elidel, which, in my opinion, is just as bad as steroids. It was by chance I came upon an article about EpiCeram. In a last-ditch effort, I had my derm prescribe it and decided to give it a try with zero expectations. This is only the second day I've used it, and it has completely changed my skin. I am in disbelief. I can't remember the last time my skin looked this smooth and normal. To all those suffering with this hellish condition, I urge you to give this a shot. EpiCeram is a game changer."

For Dry Skin "My face had bright red, almost raw patches of skin with no itching. Tried Aloe, Aveeno, and everything made it worse. EpiCeram was like a miracle product and the only thing that cleared it up. However, after using for a while and rebuilding the skin barrier, I end up with dry, flaky skin patches that then need mild exfoliation. I don’t know if this is from excess buildup of the skin barrier or not. It’s become a vicious cycle. I’ve become my own advocate. In conclusion, EpiCeram clears up rawness but then causes very dry, flaky patches. I don’t find it moisturizing, but it does help with raw skin."

For Vaginal Dryness "I am 65 and have been using K-Y Turn Up the Heat lube. The first time, it was wonderful for both my husband and myself, but since then, each time I use it, I have light pink blood after wiping myself after peeing. I finally realized it has to be from this gel. Maybe not for the over 65 group."

For Dry Skin "I used Aveeno for Dry Skin Relief Body Wash four different times. Got big itchy welts on my arms, but mostly on my thighs and legs. Itched so bad I couldn't stand it. Quit using it, and the welts are finally going away. Don't know what ingredients are in it to cause this problem, but will not use it again."

For Vaginal Dryness "I used this product, Replens, for the first few hours before having sex and immediately noticed a white, rubbery, yeast-like substance. I knew it wasn’t a yeast infection because I had no other symptoms. It happened suddenly after using. I was able to extract some of the stuff to check for an odor. Thankfully, no odor or any other symptoms. So I tried again to make sure it was the Replens, but this time I did a self-check and found nothing in my vagina, so I proceeded to use the product. Then a few minutes later, I inserted a finger and pulled out this rubbery substance again. I cleaned myself and threw the remaining 12 doses in the trash! HUGE WASTE OF MY MONEY!!! Don’t purchase this product. Use coconut oil, it works better."

For Dry Skin "For years I've tried to use CeraVe cream because it's recommended by dermatologists, but every single time I apply it, it burns and turns my face red. I've tried the moisturizing cream, the lotion, and the hydrating cleanser too. They all burn and sting horribly, leaving my face red, sore, and splotchy. For Dry Skin "I bought a set of 3 fruit smoothies Blistex lip balms. At work, I ran out of my Burt’s Bees and pulled these guys out. I have been using them at work for 3-4 days and couldn’t figure out why my lips hurt, were scaly, swollen, and really burning (where my lip meets the inside of my mouth). Then I figured out this is the only new thing I have done different. No outdoor time, no new foods, or new face lotions. And even only using them 6 hours a day (then other kinds at home), they have totally blown up my lips! I read these reviews and it confirmed my suspicions! Just don't use these! Yikes!"

For Dry Skin "I decided to invest in more expensive skin care products. I don’t have problem skin, but I’m turning 40 next year and wanted to level up my skin care regimen. I bought CeraVe hydrating cleanser, and then after 2 weeks, I broke out in a rash all over my face. After 2 weeks, I’m still suffering and will be seeing a doctor tomorrow. I have zero issues with my skin. I just wanted to maintain my nice skin. I can’t believe I used this product that ruined my skin. I’m itchy all over my face!!"

For Dry Skin "I think some folks may be confused about what this is supposed to do and the days it takes to do it. It restores your skin's own barrier to help heal and prevent a 'break'-eczema and atopic dermatitis. You put it on first, then your prescription a few minutes later, if you need one. You use it for at least 2-4 weeks to strengthen your own skin from the damaged outer layer so it stops and prevents an active break(out). Almost nothing worked on me, including 'shielding lotions.' From their instructions: Should EpiCeram® be prescribed along with corticosteroids or a topical immunomodulator, it is recommended to apply EpiCeram® just a few minutes before applying steroids or topical immunomodulator to allow proper penetration."

For Vaginal Dryness "After using Replens, I have had white clumps the next day, as well as reddish, sometimes brownish, and this only happened the next day after use. Not to mention, a couple of minutes after use, I had burning. Once, I had a yeast infection from it within a week, and I've not had a yeast infection in 25 years. Yes, it does moisturize and last, and I love that, but the side effects are not normal."

For Dry Skin "I have moderate eczema around my eyelids, and though cortisone-based creams do have a beneficial effect in bringing down the inflammation, irritation, scaling, dryness, and itching, I was concerned that long-term use would cause my skin to thin, and also that I might get glaucoma or cataracts. I decided to try EpiCeram after reading that Stanford medical researchers now believe that eczema is not an autoimmune disorder, but is caused by a breakdown of the skin's natural barrier due to dryness. The theory is that if you can re-moisturize the skin, outside insults from the environment will not trigger an attack. After using it for 5 days, EpiCeram worked amazingly well, but to avoid stinging in my eyes, I shut my eyes after applying to let it dry."

For Vaginal Dryness "I used Replens vaginal moisturizer a day before sex (once every couple of weeks) in addition to once a week postmenopausal application of Estrace cream. I've had no problem with Replens and good results. Replens content is mostly oils. Much better than vaginal lubricants! I'm wondering why women are having problems."

For Dry Skin "I bought Eucerin because some doctor said it is good for dry skin and eczema. I noticed that I've been having itch all over my body with some rash/little bumps for weeks. I couldn't even sleep. It was so bad! I thought I had bed bugs in my bed or I ate something that triggered some unknown allergies. But nope! After observing for days of using the product vs. another cream/lotion, I figured out that Eucerin was the culprit. So sad and mad about it at the same time."

For Dry Skin "Last night I used the Raspberry Lemonade Blistex as a chapstick, and when I woke up the next morning, my lips felt very itchy. There were bumps on my lips, and it was red. I had a rash like it last year, but I realized it wasn't the same thing. I took Claritin, hoping to make it better because everyone says to use an antihistamine. I hope this helps!!!"

For Dry Skin "I bought this thinking it would be mild. I have used another variation of it in the past without issues. I think I have used this for about a week and noticed my top eyelids are red, and now dry patches are itchy and swollen. I am assuming it has to be the cleanser. I hope it goes away without having to go to the doctor. My eyelids actually hurt. Never again will I use this product."

For Vaginal Dryness "This stuff has totally changed my life, it works so well. I was in such discomfort, and my sex life was going down the drain after my hysterectomy. It works amazing and truly does last 3 days for me. That is the only downside: was the discharge at first, but it gets better."

For Vaginal Dryness "According to the instructions, 'a few days after first using Replens, you may notice an off-white residue (which may be dry and bitty). This is natural and is the result of Replens cleansing the vaginal passage. The vagina is normally self-cleansing, but when you have been dry for some time, discarded cells tend to accumulate. Replens simply clings to these cells and flushes them away.' My experience did differ a bit from this description. I am not menopausal, and as far as I know, I have a normal amount of discharge, so I believed my vagina was self-cleansing just fine. I have mild PCOS without diabetes, and I am using Nuvaring, which I did not remove when I used Replens right before bed a few days ago. The next morning, I had this huge amount of white stuff and worried I may have developed a yeast infection. The next 2 days, I had a few more small chunks and a LOT of clear watery fluid. I will use it once a week and see if it gets 'less and less' as it says in the instructions."

For Vaginal Dryness "I am 56 years old and experienced a surgical-induced menopause after having both ovaries removed 12 months ago. I started using Replens approximately 3 weeks ago, and it states to use twice weekly. My GP prescribed it as I was experiencing what I can only describe as discomfort around the urethra (and just inside the vaginal opening). After using Replen 5 times, it's not helped much, but I haven't experienced the brown discharge or any discharge for that matter, which worries me as if I'm putting it up there, where's it going? I'm writing this as three days ago I started with irritation in the vaginal opening, which has gotten worse. Day 3 today, and only toilet paper with cold water soothes it. The area is sore, red, and has a burning sensation. I've used Canesten thinking it might be that, but after reading these comments, I'm convinced it's Replens that's causing it. I am also on Vagifem twice weekly and HRT 1% daily. This product is expensive too. Going to try natural SYLK now, as lots of women have recommended it."
