For Dry Skin "I used CeraVe for two days, and my face looks horrible! I've never seen my face the way it looks. There's a rash all over, and I'm so insecure now. I feel like everyone keeps looking at me. I don't know what to do."

For Vaginal Dryness "Used it one day, and everything was fine. The second time I used it, I immediately started burning. Later that evening, I was bleeding from inside. Looked at reviews and found others that were the same. Not sure if this is what happens in the beginning and then it gets better?"

For Dry Skin "Applied to my face daily as prescribed by my physician for now one week, and within this week, my face has been having a burning sensation and rash all over my face and neck. After carefully washing it off, the burning sensation hurts even worse. I’m finished with this product. I was prescribed this cleanser and lotion due to the mask breaking my face out on my cheeks and chin area."

For Vaginal Dryness "I've been using Replens on and off for a year or so. The disposable applicators are awful. When you squeeze and let go, the applicator sucks the vaginal wall and is then difficult to remove without causing light damage. I then bought the reusable applicators because Replens was the only moisturizer that lasts. The applicator is quite sharp, not rounded for comfort. The moisturizer is sticky, and it doesn't feel very nice, but it was the best I could find. I used it again to insert an estring, and the amount of lumpy white discharge I'm having today is shocking. I read that it is dry skin shedding, but it's quite alarming. I definitely do not have a yeast infection. There isn't enough written about this to make it less alarming. It must have been because I used double the dose as I normally use. I hope it's a good thing that I'm shedding so badly."

For Dry Skin "My daughter used the orange mango smoothie lip balm last night, and her lips are twice their normal size. They are itchy and painful. She has either had an allergic reaction, or there is something seriously wrong with this product - having just now read all of these comments about allergic reactions. Blistex needs to pull these off the shelf and investigate what ingredient they used that is causing so many reactions. Don’t use this product."

For Vaginal Dryness "Tried Replens one year ago for vaginal dryness due to menopause. (I'm 54.) Had a large amount of white, clumpy, rubbery discharge. Stopped using it after one week. The discharge is a mess and also a turn-off during sex. At least for me, it is. I use a low-dose estrogen and thought a moisturizer would complement that. It did not. I tried it again this week and used it twice, and the same issue: the white discharge. It's severe enough that I'm not using it any longer. Threw the tube away - total waste of money. It doesn't make any sense that this product should cause this much of an issue for myself and others. Honestly, I don't know why my gynecologist would recommend it?"

For Dry Skin "I have never had a reaction to a body cream or facial cleanser before. However, for 8 months after using CeraVe, I have had hives and carry an EpiPen for throat closures that I now get. I have seen multiple specialists and had multiple blood and allergy tests, and nothing has come up as a reason for the reactions. I have read some of the reviews for CeraVe, and I think my symptoms may be related to its use. If you are going to use this medication, be aware of the side effects before using it."

For Dry Skin "I used CeraVe Moisturizing Cream for Normal to Dry Skin on my face on the 18th of April, and by the 19th, I had dry, itchy, red patches all over my face. It is now the 20th, and the red rash has calmed somewhat but is still there, and it's still itchy. Taking Benadryl until I can see my doctor. I had heard great things about this cream and am extremely disappointed. Hoping the drugstore I bought it at will take it back. I used it once!"

For Vaginal Dryness "I decided to use Replens since I'm past menopause and don't use HRT. It's definitely helped with vaginal dryness and intimacy. However, lately I've noticed some discharge similar to yeast. I'm not sure if it's from the product or not, since I have no other symptoms. Upon reading some of the reviews, I do see that it is not uncommon. I'm going to purchase an over-the-counter yeast tester just to be sure, though. But do believe it's from the product."

For Dry Skin "EpiCeram cream is amazing for eczema! The same day I applied the cream, I noticed and felt a difference within a few hours. Two days later, the eczema on my eyelids and around my mouth was clear. I use the cream sparingly, and it works better than ANY other prescription. My insurance didn't cover it, but I'm so glad I took a chance and paid for it. It was well worth the $$. Hopefully, it will soon be available over the counter!"

For Dry Skin "I am a 53-year-old with fair skin, and I'm starting to notice more dark circles, dry skin, and puffiness under my eyes. I did a search online and found good reviews for CeraVe Eye Repair Cream, but after using it for two nights, I noticed a HORRIBLE reaction. It made my under-eyes all puffy and red, with elephant-like wrinkles and flaking. Clearly, I was having a bad reaction and stopped use of this product immediately. Days later, I am using a hydrocortisone topical cream and taking an antihistamine I usually start taking around this time of year anyway for seasonal allergies. So far, I'm only noticing a minor improvement. I found it both heartening and disturbing to see so many people have had the same reaction I experienced. I will be reporting this product to the FDA. I can't understand how it is still on the market! Avoid it!"

For Dry Skin "I have suffered from eczema-especially on and around my eyelids, and rosacea all over my face for about 5 years now. (Started when I was about 35.) If I sit next to a fire, my face gets hot and breaks out, if I am out in the cold, my face breaks out. My skin was dry and flaky and felt like my face was chapped all the time. I was having to apply moisturizer 5-6 times a day. It was awful! I've been using EpiCeram for 2 weeks, and my skin has been completely transformed! My skin is super smooth and hydrated, my eczema is totally gone. My face is not breaking out from heat/cold! My pore size looks smaller. This stuff is amazing! I wish I could take a bath in it!"

For Vaginal Dryness "I was just getting over a severe yeast infection and was feeling better. I noticed some dryness and decided on this product. Holy moly!!! The clumps of white discharge (I had to scrape off with my finger) and the burn!!! What?!! I was freaking out thinking my YI was back with a vengeance until I read all the comments. How is this still on the market?!!!! We should all sue!!!"

For Dry Skin "I just used this product for 3 days in a row. Woke up day 4 with red burns on my face where wrinkle repair was applied. Very sore and irritating. I did have a low-grade fever but did not put the two side effects together right away. I will be returning this product to where I purchased it. I will warn everyone I know about this awful experience with this product. I guess I will learn to embrace my wrinkles."

For Dry Skin "Used this product 1 time (after washing my face with Dove bar soap (I've used Dove for over 10 years)) and at first, it made my face feel really smooth and softer than normal. The next morning, I woke up with a rash all over my face, and my face felt as though all moisture had been sucked out of it. Day 2, after only using it that one time, I woke up with my face swollen, still having the rash and still feeling like I've been in a desert with no sunscreen or water for days. Really hoping I don't have to go to the doc to get this cleared up. Won't ever use this product again."

For Vaginal Dryness "I had read the insert explaining how Replens worked. So when I had some discharge, I realized that it was dead skin cells being eliminated from my body. I wasn't concerned because I suffered from horrible dryness and pain. The discharge was only bad the first day after I used it. Replens did help with dryness and pain, but I probably will need hormones as well. I wonder if all of the complaints come from women who maybe do not understand that lots of dead, dry skin cells stick to Replens and get eliminated. Yes, there is some pink color that looks like blood, but that may come from old blood cells from inserting the gel. If you scrape yourself a bit, or it may come from intercourse. It is a helpful product, but I would suggest not having sex right after using it."

For Vaginal Dryness "Read about the stuff online, and it was supposed to be good for vajayjay dryness due to PCOS. I was excited that it arrived a couple of days ago and that my husband and I could have a wonderful time this weekend. This morning, I happily got out of bed, used the first dose, and hopped in the shower. Hours later, when I went to the bathroom, I cannot even describe what I saw. It looked like dark, dried chunks of tar coming out of me. It was like I started my period but worse. All this in a matter of hours. This is absolutely terrifying! I’ve never seen anything like this come out of me. Almost like pieces of my insides are coming out. Do not use this stuff!!!!"

For Vaginal Dryness "I am so glad I found this page with other women reporting the same issues that I have been experiencing when using Replens MD. My GP prescribed it for vaginal atrophy 6-7 months ago, but almost from the start, I noticed a thick yellow/nasty brown sludgy discharge after each application. This was accompanied by mild irritation both inside and outside. Furthermore, I have not noticed any improvement in my vaginal atrophy condition. More recently, I have also started to see pinkish blood in the discharge as well after each application. I have been assuming that this must be the 'expected' discharge of dead cells the information leaflet describes. Reading the other comments on this page has now made me realize that it is not and that Replens is definitely not for me! I will go back to my GP to discuss ASAP. Thank you, ladies!"

For Vaginal Dryness "I am 53 and have vaginal dryness. I bought this...started it on a Friday...every day I started feeling worse. Sunday I had abdominal cramping, bloating, and feeling like I had a UTI. It is now Tuesday, and I am just starting to feel a little better...but now I am a little itchy. UGH! I never thought buying this would lead to all of this."

For Dry Skin "I used this lotion on my hands and elbows for dry skin. Within minutes, I broke out in hives all over my body. It was itching uncontrollably, and my face, eyes, lips, and hands swelled up like a balloon. I ended up in the ER with an epinephrine shot. This product needs to be taken off shelves. Hypoallergenic???? False advertising. Want to rate 0/10."

For Vaginal Dryness "1st time I used this product before sex. I was impressed with how comfortable the sex felt, but the horrible rubbery white discharge after was so embarrassing. The leaflet says to expect dry skin to be expelled, so I hoped it was a one-off. The second time I tried it, it caused severe burning pain for several hours and swelling. What a shame. I can’t risk trying it again."

For Dry Skin "I used this Mederma for my old scar, and then after 1 day, I noticed itchiness and peeling of the skin in the area, so I thought it's normal. On the third day, I stopped using this cream. It's a nightmare! Instead of removing my scar, this Mederma only makes it worse."
