For Acne "In the beginning, I was emotional and all over the place, and I also broke out. I am now near the three-end mark, and my skin has improved tremendously. I do have scars, and I've never been one to get scars from picking at pimples, but I'm not sure if the pills had something to do with it or if picking at them did. Other than that, all the side effects have subsided, and my skin is the clearest it has been in a long, long time!!"

For Birth Control "I started Beyaz a year ago, and wow, it's been a trip! First 3 months, I bled non-stop. I started the pill at the beginning of my period, so naturally, I went the first few days with my period. But after my usual 3-4 day cycle, I wouldn't stop bleeding. It wasn't period bleeding, but there was definitely spotting to the point where I had to wear a liner or pad. For 3 consecutive months, I spotted non-stop. When I went back to the doctor for my next packets, she said I just needed to adjust. As soon as I started my 4th month, things were normal. I stopped spotting, I bled only during my period, and things were fine. I also broke out only on my chin during the first 2 months. Eventually, it cleared up and everything was good. I haven't had a pregnancy scare, my boyfriend and I never use condoms, so I think it's been really effective. The only thing I will say is that I used to rarely get cramps before, and now I get some, usually on my first day, and now my periods are about 4-5 days instead of 3-4."

For Acne "Broke my face out horrible. Everywhere my face was covered with acne. I was on it for 4 months, and I regret it so much. I would only get a zit every now and then. I stopped the pill, my face is better, but I have horrible scarring everywhere. My face was so pretty, and this pill ruined it."

For Birth Control "For 4 years I was on Yaz. I stopped when I got pregnant and waited over a year to get back on the pill. I couldn't handle even general PMS: bloating, cramping, achy body, emotional roller coaster, breakouts, not to mention feeling tired and irritable. So I went to my OB-GYN to get back on Yaz, but she prescribed Beyaz instead."

For Birth Control "I recently switched to Beyaz, and since then, I've had awful breakouts on my face. I never got pimples before when I was on Ortho Tri-Cyclen. I'm switching back."

"I have more breakouts than before and have gained 11 pounds in the first month. On a good note, my periods have become regulated. I also have been moodier."

For Acne "I started birth control about a month ago for bad cramps and to regulate my period. I never really had bad acne before, but I've been on Beyaz for a month now, and my acne is bad. I have at least 4 large pimples on my face at all times, which I'm not used to. I don't know if I should stick it out and see if it gets better or if I should switch to a different birth control. Other than the acne, Beyaz is really helping with my periods. They last 3 days at the most and little to no cramps at all."
