"Very helpful with arthritis pain, but side effects outweigh helpfulness. I noticed nausea, severe leg cramps, feeling uncomfortable after eating a small amount of food, fast weight gain. The main reason I quit this medication was because I felt it was making my antidepressant medication (Effexor) way less effective."

Diclofenac / misoprostol "Arthrotec 75 tablets taken twice daily as prescribed by one doctor resulted in a severe stomach ulcer requiring an antacid medication regimen for 30 days. Also, a blood test was performed. Arthrotec is only made in non-coated form, so it will not protect the stomach lining and should not even be approved for use!!"
