For Herbal Supplementation: “Cinnamon poisoning is Real, beware of taking Powdered, Dry Cinnamon, in large amounts. Has caused me very uncomfortable intestinal pain & constipation, confusion, panic attack that lasted a month. Raw Cinnamon is probably best”
