For COPD "I have COPD and started using Breztri. It has been a big help, and I am very happy with the results. Once in a while, I get a little raspiness and lots of thrush, but probably due to not rinsing my mouth out properly. The only issue I have, like a lot of others, is the dosage dispenser, it doesn’t properly dispense. I have had to endure low or no dose issues for a couple of inhalers before I figured out that the inhalers seem to be clogging up internally. I’ve rinsed and cleaned them and may get a couple of good shots, but just to have them not function correctly next time. It is sad to have a good product ruined by a clogged outlet."
