For COPD "Breztri works for me as claimed, however, the medication effect only lasts 3, maybe 4 hours at most. It would be great if the relief would get me through the day. Some relief is better than none, even if it is just for a few hours."

"I think it works fantastic! I've got COPD but I never quite got over bronchitis from a month or so ago. It breaks everything up enough to be expelled. I was given this by my doctor as a 30-day sample. I'm so glad there are samples to use. I'll probably request this one to replace one of my other inhalers. Thank you."

"I had used Advair for years but only needed it for a few months, then off of it for 8-10 months with no symptoms. I got switched to Breztri and have not been able to get off for nearly 2 years now. Most days I feel as though I almost need to use albuterol but seldom do. I’m a small-framed (150 lbs) and very active 79-year-old male but have gotten so short-winded that many of my activities are greatly curtailed."

For COPD, Maintenance "Breztri has helped lessen my exacerbations in frequency and severity. Before taking this, I took multiple other medications, and those were causing my vision to have floaters. I don't have this problem taking Breztri."

For COPD "I use a chamber with the Breztri. I find it difficult to tell if I have received the medication. It seems like it 'half works' - I don't have crises per se, but I always have COPD symptoms, breathing problems. I have had debilitating anxiety since I started taking it - can only get out of bed a couple of days a week. Overall negative."

"Although it's not for asthma, my doctor prescribed this for my severe asthma. I was on another Trelegy for four years and could never notice a difference. After missing ten days from work with an asthma attack, my doctor and I went back over all the meds I have been taking. He wanted to try Breztri. From the first dose, my life has changed 95%. Instead of having shortness of breath almost all the time, I can finally breathe again. I still do nebulizer maintenance treatments daily, but I have cut the use of my albuterol inhaler by 90%. I'm able to live my life now. Truly was a game changer for my asthma."

"I started using Breztri and after a few days had bad neck spasms. I looked at the side effects and see that is an effect. Muscle relaxers are a little relief and ice makes it worse, warm compress have some relief."

For COPD "Used this inhaler twice yesterday morning, then in the evening. Left orbit swelled and became painful and red. Did not improve with eye drops. Stopped this medication. Am waiting for all symptoms to resolve and will try again. I have many allergies, so do not know if Breztri is the cause of this outbreak. Will try again after all symptoms are gone."

For COPD "When Symbicort and Spiriva seemed to stop working, pulmonologist diagnosed Breztri. Been on O2 24/7 for 15 years with COPD. It’s expensive but seems to be better. Thankfully, insurance covers most of it. Not a lot of options out there for severely diseased lungs."

For COPD "I have been on Breztri and thought I was having an allergic reaction, plus the inhaler never gave me a full dose. While waiting for my old inhalers to be ordered, I discovered if I took the medicine out of the yellow container and shook it up and down-not side to side-counting to 10, then put it back in the container, it would work 98% of the time. I would repeat that for the second one. I discontinued the Breztri for a few months to see if it was an allergic reaction of hives, and I believe it was. Although it was convenient to go from 2 inhalers to just 1, I am trying it again to be sure that the hives were not a food allergy. I’m hoping it doesn’t happen again, but sharing my experience of the container may help others to get a full dose every time."

"Prescribed by my pulmonologist for chronic dry cough, which I have had for about 8 years. I am 72 years old. My father had idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis for about 12-13 years, ending in his death at age 80 in 2005. Since Breztri's ad on TV indicates its effectiveness for breathing symptoms (that I don't have), I was somewhat skeptical. I was surprised and relieved (figuratively and physically) as it has eliminated my cough, using it once daily. This is a worry-free result for me. I believe this disease, which I likely will develop, is a little scary. My brother died from COPD in 2021, having just had his 71st birthday. Unfortunately, he only lived for about 3 years post-diagnosis. My pulmonologist agrees that there has to be some hereditary link between the three of us to develop pulmonary diseases. No one else in our family has had any pulmonary disease."
