For COPD "Twice now I ran out of Breztri because the inhalers are defective. My last one quit working with 40 puffs, the other with 20. My pharmacy can’t refill because the insurance company won’t pay until 30 days go by. I may have to tell my doctor to change medication."

For COPD "My pulmonary doctor put me on Breztri Aerosphere and said to take two doses a day. The first day was fine and worked pretty well. On the second day, I took the first dose and ended up passing out. It is a good thing my son was home, as he called 911. An ambulance came and got me, and I woke up the next day in the hospital. Breztri Aerosphere is not for me. I'm glad to hear it works well for others. I don't know why it didn't work for me."

For COPD "My doctor switched me from Symbicort to Breztri. Looking at the reviews, I must be an outlier because I couldn’t tell if I had taken it and/or felt worse, whereas with my old inhaler there was a noticeable positive difference."

For COPD, Maintenance "Been using Breztri for about 3 months. It helps with breathing, but I seem to have a lot of side effects. Very nervous, trouble sleeping, fatigue, and muscle and joint aches. Was using Symbicort before, and had some effects from that also, but not as severe. Also, it's very expensive considering how poorly it dispenses doses."

For COPD, Maintenance "The medication works great when you can get it to administer the way it says for dosage. More than often, it doesn’t dispense at all the first time. Priming it before every use is wasteful and shortens the prescription length. Side effects are tremors for about 4 hours."

For COPD "I've been using it for a year now for my COPD and emphysema brought on by acute COVID lung. Before I started on this medication, I couldn't walk up a flight of stairs or even take the trash out without nearly losing consciousness. It's very expensive, but my doctor gave me a prescription discount card from the manufacturer, which in conjunction with my insurance, made it very affordable. It has changed my life and given me a second chance. I work a physical labor job and I'm again able to perform at a high level. I can even run on the beach with my dog again. To avoid the sores in the mouth and throat that people complain about, I brush my teeth and gargle water after each of my twice-daily doses. I literally believe I might be dead today if not for this medication."

For COPD, Maintenance "When I actually get full doses of the medication, I'm happy with the way it works compared to using the budesonide/Spiriva combo. The problem is with the inhaler design, which often delivers a very brief air puff rather than a metered dose, and clicks the meter forward anyway. Not sure how long I'm willing to put up with defective inhalers."

For COPD, Maintenance "I used Breztri only twice, and my kids had to call 911, and I ended up in the hospital. The first time was okay. But the second time, after one inhalation, it knocked me out. I'm happy this works for some, but it didn't for me."

For COPD "Used Breztri for 4 1/2 months and have zero flare-ups. Before, I had 3 in 2 months and was switched to Breztri. Only problem is that it is expensive, fortunately, I’m a veteran, so I get a reduced price. But I believe it’s a super drug if you can afford it."

For COPD "I am very satisfied with the results of Breztri Aerosphere. I started using it several months ago to help with COPD. After starting Breztri, I have not had to use the rescue inhaler or the nebulizer for attacks of shortness of breath and, in general, difficult breathing. I had tried several other inhalers without any improvement. I would recommend this medicine to anyone who is suffering from COPD. I take two puffs twice daily, and it keeps me breathing well all day long."

"Breztri helped my breathing almost immediately, and I was so grateful! However, about 10 days into treatment, my vision changed noticeably, and I called my provider, who told me to stop taking Breztri and use my albuterol inhaler instead. I am following up with my optometrist tomorrow for further evaluation."

For COPD, Maintenance "I have suffered from chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and emphysema for over 10 years. I became disabled 2 years ago and wasn't able to walk more than 14 steps without being out of breath. I found a different pulmonary doctor, and he put me on Breztri. I have been taking it for 2 weeks now, and it has changed my life. I can breathe and walk now."

For COPD, Maintenance "Have been using this medication for about 10 months now, and it works well when the dispenser works. The dispenser sticks, no medication comes out after several times, and the counter will keep moving forward. Will have to find another medication if they do not change it."

For COPD "I have been on Breztri for some time now. When I had insurance, my copay was reasonable. But now I’m on Medicare, my first fill of the year was 272.00. I really can’t afford that cost, but I know I need it. It is the only one I have found so far that really helps. But like most other people are saying about the missed doses, it doesn’t even last the full month. I hope they get it fixed."

For COPD "This medication has been extremely helpful, the only one I found in this class that works. It helps with phlegm, it opens lower airways fast and keeps them open. I have found no apparent side effects so far. The only drawback is price, no one should have to pay over $500 for an inhaler. Having worked in the respiratory field for over 20 years, I'm well aware of actual costs."

For COPD "I have tried 4 different inhalers for my COPD and they helped, but not like Breztri. This medication has given me my life back. I have been on it for about 4 months and can now do normal daily activities without my oxygen levels dropping. I am still seeing improvement and feel stronger every day. The only problem I have with it is the last 10 days of the inhaler, I am not getting the correct dose out of it. If you have COPD and are struggling, try this medication."

For COPD "Appears to work well. I was diagnosed with pneumonia, and within 3 days, the fever is gone, and I am feeling a lot better. My successful battle with pneumonia may be from: 1. With Breztri, for 2 months I was on a 45-60 min daily aerobic and exercise program, which strengthened my lungs. 2. Also, last year I received the senior dosage pneumonia vaccine. This is far better than my battle with pneumonia in 2010. It took me 6 weeks to get over it."

For COPD, Maintenance "I have to admit, this drug really did help with my COPD symptoms. But I also have an enlarged prostate and diabetes. Frequent urinary symptoms went through the roof, as did bladder pain. I did experience heart palpitations for the first time in my life. As of this moment, I have stopped taking this medicine to see if I can get back to the level of suffering I was accustomed to."

For COPD, Maintenance "The first time I used it, I coughed for 2 hours straight. I was told by the doctor to only use 1 puff in the morning and 1 in the evening. It does not appear to do anything but make me cough up mucus more, which is what I'm trying to avoid. I have also been very irritated and angry since taking it. I am calling my doctor to discontinue and find me something else. I do not have a rescue inhaler, which I need. Bad experience overall. 100 mcg twice a day."
