For Bronchitis "I had been having a mild sporadic cough for a week and a half before I started having the 'under the weather' cold feeling. It started in my chest and was accompanied by body aches, a sore throat, and a headache from a dry cough. After two days of dry cough and developing laryngitis from coughing so much, it moved up into my nasal area, where I started finally experiencing mucus. By the third day, I was feeling like crap and had no real appetite. So, I went to the local clinic. I was diagnosed with a cold, bronchitis, and laryngitis. I was prescribed a 5-day antibiotic treatment of 250 mg. The first day, I had nausea, diarrhea, and a racing heartbeat for a couple of hours. I started feeling better after 2 days, kept taking the antibiotic, the side effects went away, and so did the cold. Fast."

For Upper Respiratory Tract Infection "Dose: Azithromycin 500 mg four times a day. Prescribed for 7 days. On day 2 now, I feel the medication is working, feeling a little better already, but all day I've been with nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and back pain. I usually don't get any side effects from antibiotics, but I'm struggling with this one. If side effects continue on day 3, I'm calling the doctor. Could be the dose is too high, who knows. I'm not enjoying this so far."

For Bronchitis "This medication is garbage! I have had acute bronchitis for 7 days, started this medication on day 2, took the last pill today. I feel awful. My lung hurts when I cough, still not coughing anything up. Feel just as bad as I did before starting this Z-Pack."

For Chlamydia Infection "This is my first time getting Chlamydia. I can honestly say I cried so much because I didn’t know how I got it. My boyfriend had gotten tested 2 weeks before we had intercourse, and I got tested right after him and came up with nothing. He didn’t have any symptoms of it, and I didn’t either. I only had BV, and I don’t know, maybe that made me prone to get Chlamydia. But let me get to the point. With my anxiety and phobia of pills, it took me 3-4 days to drink the pills because I was scared of taking the 4 pills (1000 mg) all together. Reading these reviews of how people reacted made me anxious, but I reacted fine for now as I’m writing this sitting on the toilet. Yes, it does give you some stomach aches here and there. They were strong at first until I fell asleep around 1 AM, and it made me feel very gassy and nauseous. I hate it. But keep yourself hydrated at all times and take it before bed!! Don’t be scared to take it. Hopefully, I get cured from this, and it never comes back!"

For Chlamydia Infection "When I took this, I took it without food, and within 45 minutes I puked it up, and had such severe abdominal pain I couldn't move, and I was breathing like I was giving birth."

For Upper Respiratory Tract Infection "I am on day 2 of the 5-day dose pack. Relief from upper respiratory symptoms has been rapid and effective. 48 hours ago, I was having severe coughing fits, sneezing, painful sinus pressure, lethargy, blocked nasal passages, unable to lie down without inducing severe bouts of coughing. 36 hours ago, I took the loading dose, and 12 hours ago, the day 2 dose. My cough is all but gone, I am able to breathe normally, my voice is back nearly to normal, the sinus pressure is gone, and I have stopped taking the decongestant I was using. This afternoon, I went out shopping. I have noticed no side effects, other than mild nausea after the day 1 dose, which may or may not have been from the medicine. This is my second highly positive experience with this medicine."
