For Pain "I have taken BC powders for over 20 years. They have always worked very well. I am not pleased with the new packaging, it is a hassle to use and extremely wasteful. I am a fan of BC, but not the new packaging. Get smart, listen to the folks that have made you one of the most popular pain relievers on the market. It is not rocket science, listen to the people. A degree or doctorate does not mean your ideas are always the best. Look at the old saying... ''IF IT AIN'T BROKE, DON'T TRY TO FIX IT!''"

For Headache "Used to be great. This new package is horrible. Go back to the old package so we can get on with getting rid of body and headaches. Takes sometimes three goes to get it all out, and that’s with ripping the package open, etc. Used to be able to just unfold, pour, and swallow - could do it driving down the road. Now it’s a huge ordeal."

For Pain "I take BC for RA and chronic headaches. I can no longer use it because I can't open the new packets with RA. They are horrible! The med also gets stuck in there. I have been using BC for 25 years. I now have to switch to Goodys. Very disappointed!"

For Muscle Pain "The new packaging does not release the full contents. I spend considerably more time trying to empty the packet than it is worth. I have taken these powders for approximately 40+ years with no problem. I lose about one-third of the product with each use, which costs me money. Please bring back the old packages."

For Headache "I don't know why the packaging changed. I, along with my family, use and have used BC's for generations. Now, due to packaging, we are switching. You cannot get the medicine out, about half comes out, so you buy twice as many as before. If you're lucky enough to get the medicine out, it takes 2 tries, so you get the bad taste twice, not once, and it's so aggravating. We're looking for alternative meds. Why fix something that's not broke?"

"I share the opinion of others. Can’t deal with the delivery of the powder, which includes BC and Goody's. Been taking for decades. Very aggravating and disappointing to try to find another product that I will probably not be satisfied with. Please go back to the former product and packaging. Or yet another faithful customer will be lost. Also, I have recommended headache powders to friends for years. No more."

For Headache "So glad to have found people commenting on the “negative” of the new BC “Go Packs!” I have always used BC for my headaches. But the packaging is horrible! Good news, people! Even though most convenience stores still have the Go Packs, you can find the original BCs at Walgreens. I haven’t checked at Walmart or other stores, but wanted to share. Just wonder... if BC has taken a loss on these Go Packs."

For Pain "I have been using this product for many years. I was pleased to see that they finally came in new packaging because much would spill out in the old package. But the new package makes it difficult to get out the powder. I think it's because the package is so thin that it gets stuck, and you have to lick it to get it out. It was a good idea, but it's just not working out."

For Headache "I hate the new sealed packets (stick packs), and before I loved BC powders... grrrrr. Have used BC powders exclusively and almost daily for almost 30 years. Now I cannot find the fold-out/old packaging. The new packets make taking the aspirin very difficult, and it seems like less powder in each pack, and it sticks to the sides, you have to painstakingly peel the tiny packet. Sooooo angry about this..."

For Headache "I have taken BC for probably close to 30 years or more. Love it! However, the new package is not my friend. The powder will not slide out of the package, it is difficult to open. The only easy thing is that it is easy to waste. Powder in the package gets either on your face or clothes. I did email the company, but really did not get anywhere with that. They just stated, basically, they were not going to change and thanks for being a loyal customer. Right now, I can still find a few of the old packs, but as bad as I say it, 'Look out, Goody, here I come.' Hopefully, they won't change their packages and will work just as well."

For Headache "Have been a daily BC powder user all of my adult life for my tension headaches, knocks them out in no time. Prefer BC of Goodie, but I am making the switch over this new packaging. Seems to be way less in the package, have to take 2 now because half of it gets stuck in the packaging, I start gagging because I stand there, head tilted back for 30 seconds trying to get it all out. Please revert back!"

For Headache "Well, I hope Medtech is reading these. I hate the new stick so much I tried to find an email to complain to them, to no avail. I was a 50-year user of these, as are many in my family. No goody, no Stanback, only BCPOWDER. The stick is harder to use and tastes odd, which I think may be leaching chemicals from the color on the pack. Since half the product never comes out, it even seems to be leaching moisture. Harder to take...bring back the quick paper sleeve. I will not buy another box of these, and I bought 50 packs monthly. Bad idea to screw with loyal customers."

For Headache "The new packaging sucks!!! Impossible to get all powder out of the dinky pack, and it contains less powder also!! I will not buy another box of BC if this is not corrected!! This was the best headache medicine on the market. What genius changed it???"

For Headache "I've been using BC powders for about 15 years. Since they've changed the packaging, it's been almost impossible to get the full dose in my mouth at one time. They also haven't been as effective, so I've started buying the arthritis strength formula. I tried just taking 2 at first, but the caffeine didn't agree with me at such a high amount. After I finish this box, I'll probably start buying Excedrin. It doesn't work as quickly, but the pills will be easier to swallow."

For Headache "I love BC powers right up to the point when they decided to change the packaging. The damn thing became hard as anything to take without spending twice the amount of time as before. Not to mention you cannot get all the powder out of the package. I am changing my aspirin to something else. I suggest you do the same."

For Headache "I'm 50 years old, and I have been taking BC powder for as long as I can remember. My mother and father took them as well. They are the best thing for my headaches. I hate the new on-the-go packaging, which I see I'm not the only one. Bring back the old packaging now!!!!"

For Headache "This new packaging is a nightmare! So difficult to get the powder, my husband and I have been taking this product for over 30 years, always has been the best headache and ache and pain med, but the packaging sucks! For Headache "Please, please bring back the old package! I have to rip these sticks two to three times just trying to get all the powder out, and at that point, I have shreds of paper and powder all over the place! I have to say this must have been to save the company a couple of dollars because loyal customers didn’t complain about the packaging! Fix this mistake, PLEASE!"

For Headache "BC user for 30 years. Took them regularly and they worked regularly. New on-the-go is TERRIBLE. I resorted to folding a piece of adhesive tape, pouring powder there - it still took both hands and still spilled, still struggled to get all the powder - and asked myself, why am I doing this? Another reviewer had a good idea. I'm buying generic aspirin tablets and chewing them. Can't be worse or taste worse than On The Go. Cheaper and easy to carry. Bye-bye, BC powders. You sold your customers down the river for a new robot on the assembly line."

For Headache "I understand the new packaging is helpful to keep powder from spilling out when you carry it with you in your purse. That has been an issue with me. But the new package is not so great. It doesn’t all come out at once, some sticks inside the package, and I think the quantity is less but still paying the same price. Please give us consumers the option of the old or new to-go BC. Would be much appreciated."

For Muscle Pain "Been using BCs for years for headache and muscle and joint pain. Love the product but absolutely hate the new packaging. Was going to change to Goody's but they have the same packaging. So on to door #3. Please go back to other packaging. These have to mix with water or lose half of it in the packaging. Doesn't all come out. Plus they get damp (due to humidity) in my purse and aren't any good."

"Boils down to three simple words: DYSFUNCTIONAL NEW PACKAGING! Ditto previous comments by former long-term advocates of BC! Have sworn by BC for over 25 years. But new packaging has me extremely frustrated and looking for a replacement. Will not waste my time nor money attempting to get all of the powder out of this new packaging. More than likely, if you are needing to take a BC, something hurts! The last thing you need is the irritation, frustration, and ill-spent time of trying to get the powder out. Looks like a little more research and time spent testing on BC’s end could’ve rendered the same determination a lot of us made almost immediately!"

For Pain "I have used this daily for pain for over 30 years. When they came out with new packaging, I thought those would just be added to the product line, not replace the envelope style! The actual powder gave me relief I could not find in other brands, but that has changed now because I can no longer get it all out of the 'stick pack.' I am really disappointed. Before the new packaging, I would have rated this a 10, but now it's a 2."

For Headache "I take BC powder for sinus headaches at least 1 time a day or 3 times a week and totally hate the new package. I drive around asking stores if they still have the old packaging, but now all the old is bought up. The new BC package is not the same quality: does not taste the same, less in the package, and instead of easily pouring out of the package, it sticks to the package or spills out. Why did you change a good thing???"
