For Pain "I'm not sure what is missing, but with the new change. The pain does not go away fast. I have been using BC powder for years, and so have my other family members, and we all notice the change. Bring back the original ingredients, please! We are all letting this go because there is a big change, and it's a waste of money!"

For Pain "Hate BC Powder's new package! It’s a pain! Cannot get all the medicine out of the package! The on-the-go six-pack I have to tear the individual packets apart before taking. Who’s bright idea was that! Please change back to the old packaging! I have started buying tablets. Bad decision to increase your company’s profits!"

For Headache "Our family has taken BC powders for 30+ years! Hate the new packaging! Please at least give both options. I know how to travel with the old package. The new packaging is hard to open and wastes the product! Please bring the old ones back. Don’t mess with a good thing."

For Headache "I have taken BC powders for many years but will have to seek an alternative. The new packages are horrible. It is like the powder is glued to the wrapper and will not come out all at one time. You have to keep tearing the package to get it all out, and then it doesn't seem to be as much as in the folding packages. It is most definitely not for 'on the go' as it takes so long to get it all out of the package. I know you can do better! Let's admit it was a mistake and go back to the old packaging."

For Pain "The other packaging was more convenient. To label the new packaging as an on-the-go remedy is giving it more credibility than it is worth. I still use BC Powder because it works, but it's almost as if the company is just trying to cut a few corners to save a couple of bucks, and meanwhile, it looks as if it's upsetting a lot of customers. Could you possibly be saving that much more money? Just weird."

For Headache "Before the introduction of the new packaging, I was a loud and proud user of BC powders. It is all I have taken for headaches and body aches for 35+ years. I am not happy with the new packet. The powder gets stuck in there, and I usually end up with it sprayed on my face. Sure, it can be mixed with liquid as a drink, but not if I am sitting in my car on the side of the road! Or in a public place. Please, next time you want to make such a major change, consult those of us who actually buy your products."

For Pain "I’ve been using BC powders for the past 15 years. Never even considered anything else until now. New packaging is ridiculous. I don’t know if they changed the formula or not because I can’t get all of the medicine out of the package. I do know that I will not waste my money on the “new and improved” BC. Whatever company decides to fill BC's shoes is going to make a fortune. I’ve read dozens and dozens of unsatisfied customer reviews."

For Pain "Have taken BC for years, it was great. Then they trot out this new packaging. Did they try the package on people in pain or with arthritis, especially in their hands? I think not, because if they had, they would not have changed it. Goodbye, BC."

For Headache "I have used BC for 40+ years. It is the only thing that I have used for headaches, and my dad before me, so I rate the pain relief at a 10. But this new packaging is the pits. I say 0 points. Need to go back to the old package, much easier. Thanks."

For Pain "I have taken BC Powder for 30 years for aches and pains. I have been a huge promoter of BC Powder over the years but will be looking for a different solution now because of the terrible packaging idea. There is no way you can get the entire dose out of the package. The reason the blue-collar working man has made BC Powder a success since 1906 is the convenience, caffeine, and quick relief it gives. We can take it while driving a bulldozer or flying an airplane. You screwed up with the new mode of delivery of your product. So disappointed!"

For Headache "My wife and I have used BC powders for over 40 years. Our grandparents used BC powders. The new packaging sucks. Big marketing mistake! We use it for: fevers - excellent. Headaches - excellent. Arthritis - excellent. Muscle aches - excellent. NOW... it gives us a headache to use it. They may as well have changed it from a powder to a pill. Did they test this new packaging on long-time users? Please change it back or at least give us a choice. They were already easy to carry, dummies."

"This is my worst nightmare. I am a pharmacist and have used this product religiously for years and my parents before me. The new packaging makes it impossible to retrieve all of the powder. It has to be torn completely open to get every last bit. The effects are not the same either. I've had patients complain as well as coworkers. Such a huge disappointment and bad decision on the part of the company. Bring the old ones back!!!!!"

For Headache "I went online tonight to see if other people feel the same way I do about the new BC stick pack packaging and found that many people are in agreement. BC Powder manufacturer – please, please, please bring back the former packaging. I HATE these new stick packs. I am a chronic headache sufferer and have been using BC powders as my go-to medication for over 21 years. I have always taken BC by placing it in the back of my mouth and not in liquid - you cannot do that and get all the product with the new stick packs. They're horrible!!!"

For Headache "My husband has taken BC powders for 45 years, and I have for 35 years. If you keep this new style packaging, I guess we will try another brand. The old style of folds wasn't broken, why 'fix' it? It is hard to get all of the powder out, and what does come out goes everywhere! Please, please bring back the old wrapper!"

For Headache "I have been a fan of BC powder for years. However, I hate the new individual packets that are found in the larger quantity boxes. They are hard to open, and you end up losing 1/2 of the contents just trying to get it open. Go back to the old packaging method, the same old, same contents (which worked) and the 2 and 6 pack quantities."

For Headache "Please go back to clear individual packets! Long-time user of BC powders and new packets will not fully release the powder! Extremely frustrating. Help! I can’t find old packages of BC powders in any stores. My neurologist prescribed BCs to me 25 years ago, and these new packets with BC info written on them are no good. Please, BC manufacturer, try something else if you can’t go back to clear folded slips for BCs. Thank you. I rely on BCs, so please do address this."

For Headache "The people that designed the new package must never have used the product to see if the packaging worked. Did they test it? To use, I have to shake down the powder so I can tear along the long side and short end in order to pour it in my mouth without spilling all over my face and clothing. Poor decision!"

For Headache "BC powders are my go-to pain reliever for really tough headaches and muscle aches. Soon not to be, if not given the option to choose previous or new packaging. New packets are cumbersome and time-consuming...not worth my money. Please go back to the old school wrapper!!"

For Headache "I've been a consumer of BC Powder for more than 30 years. It was a great product, easy to use and quick results for headaches or pain. This new packet is a disaster when you attempt to put it into your mouth. Whoever designed this must have a major headache thinking that this is an improvement when it is just the opposite. You can't get it out easily and you lose so much of it attempting to get it in your mouth! So ridiculous to change what was a great design to a disaster design. I'll no longer use BC Powders until they change back to the original packet that was easy."

For Headache "Cannot add anything new to all the negative comments. My husband and I have taken BC Powders for over 30 years and have recommended it to friends and family. New packaging is terrible... we hate it!!! Have tried to find old packaging, and it is rare. Will probably try to find an alternative unless packaging changes back."

For Muscle Pain "I loved the way BC worked quickly for me until you changed the packaging. Why don't you print the label we had and fold it the old way? It is impossible to get the powder out, even if you tear it 3 times. It is not nearly as effective. Give consumers a choice of packaging, and we will tell you which we want, and it is not the new one."

For Muscle Pain "Have been using BC Powders for over 20 years. Very rarely use any other type of pain reliever. However, cannot tell you how disappointed I am with the new packaging. Old packaging worked wonderfully with little effort to dispense. Now I have to stop whatever I'm doing to tear off the end of the package, tilt my head so far back, and still have to take a second hand to thump the package to ensure powder runs out of the package. Easier to throw a couple of pills in my mouth now. If it ain't broke, don't fix it! Michael"

For Headache "I have been a BC powder taker for years. The new packaging must certainly be some marketer's worst nightmare. Stick packs to go, yes, fine when taking with you on the go, but to actually get the medication out of the stick pack and into your mouth onto your tongue is nearly impossible. I have shaken the powder all over my face, thumped the pack to get the complete dose out to no avail, choked on the part that gets in the back of my throat while I am madly shaking the stupid pack trying to get the powder out of the package! A marketing mistake of the greatest magnitude! Did any of you BC people try this before you shipped out all this new packaging? Are you still choking? Go back to the cellophane or go outta business!"
