Acyclovir "I went down with the mother of all (weeping, rapidly expanding) cold sore infections in my twenties, and it took weeks for a doctor to identify what it was. Zovirax tablets sorted it right out. My experience was so horrific that I kept the stuff to have for years afterwards, and if ever anything cold sore like appeared, I nailed it real quick with a short course of 400 mg tablets. I think it happened twice, then my body 'learned from the experience' because I've not had a recurrence in 30 years, nor (yet) got shingles... Good stuff!"

Acyclovir "Having suspected that I may have the herpes virus infection back in October last year after a small rash appeared in my lower region, I had both the IGM and IGG blood tests, and I tested positive (IGG) for HSV2. My antibodies doubled, and I was clearly HSV2 positive. Having researched the problem, it seemed that there was a cure for HSV, and Herpes Herbal Cleanser by Dr. Utu @ 'drutuherbalcure@gmail.com' seemed to me to be the leader in offering alternative medicine to kill the virus and remove the antibody load without a side effect. I ordered the Herpes Herbal Cleanser, and I ended up taking the herbs as prescribed for four weeks. Following a blood test immediately after treatment, my antibodies were below the cutoff! So positive to negative after just a few weeks. Again, I had another blood test last week for confirmation, which again tested negative for HSV2 antibodies."

"Find a natural alternative method to reverse different diseases and STDs, no matter what hospitals say about these illnesses. I am sharing my healing encounter from genital herpes after using WORLD REHABILITATE CLINIC Formula HEAL HSV-1&2 diagnosis permanently. A few weeks ago, my new lab result showed that I tested negative. I am so happy I gave it a try. Currently, my 65-year-old mom is using herbs to eliminate her diabetes, and the recovery process is amazing. I am recommending this product for those that are willing to give it a try, as these holistic remedies do not have any side effects. It’s also crucial to learn as much as you can about your diagnosis."

"In my 30s, I began to have problems with cold sores and I learned about Abreva, an OTC topical cream that was supposed to be revolutionary. Sadly, it did nothing for me. My cold sores would come 3 or more times per year and would be greater than 1 cm² in size, not to mention painful and embarrassing. I had no idea there was prescription medicine until a coworker of mine heard me complaining about Abreva not working for me. I’ve been on suppressant therapy ever since! I take acyclovir oral tablets 400 mg twice per day. If I take it as prescribed, I almost never get a cold sore. I think I got one in five years, and it was so small that nobody else even noticed it. But if I miss 3 or more complete days, I am nearly guaranteed to get a cold sore within 7-10 days. I've experienced no negative side effects from this drug. It's a godsend!"

Acyclovir "I was prescribed Sitavig in 2016 by a dermatologist. Having huge cold sores on my chin frequently, this medication was a blessing! I was without a cold sore for around 5 years and when they did come back, it was on a smaller scale. My insurance covered it before, but not now with a different one. I can't afford it now."

"I have taken acyclovir sporadically for the last two years. My blood cell count was low, so I was forced to go off it for a number of months after beginning treatment. I resumed taking it two months ago, and I must admit it has been very good. Before beginning acyclovir, I had only 1-2 obs but almost constant nerve pain in the anal region. It had been like this (undiagnosed despite numerous doctors' visits) for around 17 years. After acyclovir began and then stopped because of blood cell count, it was, however, infinitely worse. I had permanent obs and permanent nerve pain in the anal region, and now I had permanent nerve pain in my vaginal area. My doctor originally prescribed me 400 mg twice a day, but I found I need to take it three times a day in order to quell the obs. I am hoping that in another 10-24 months it will be cured, but I am suspending my belief as yet."

Acyclovir "I was disappointed the price you pay and the amount you get. It did not last two days, so I won't know just how good it's meant to be because I could not do the recommended four days of treatment. Therefore, my hunt continues for a cold sore cream that will last and not disappoint, as Zovirax did."

"I was experiencing recurring cold sores for approximately 9 months. They would appear mainly every 3 weeks and sometimes lasting for up to 3 weeks. I had one experience where I had 5 days in between one finishing and one appearing. Safe to say I was desperate and at my wit's end. My mental health was suffering and my relationship, where my partner also works away, so this made things even more difficult. I did my research and came across acyclovir and requested my doctor put me on suppression therapy, and they immediately agreed. I was genuinely overjoyed and cried as soon as I came off the phone. I absolutely couldn't recommend this medication enough. I'm now 3.5 months into a 6-month prescription and couldn't be happier with how things are going. I take two tablets per day, I chose one in the morning and one in the evening. I've not had any and only hope after my 6-month therapy it maintains suppression of the virus. Hopefully, it's as successful for others too."
