Tylenol PM (acetaminophen / diphenhydramine) for Headache "I ocasionally use Tylenol rapid release during the day and recently developed cold and flu, so I decided to try Tylenol PM at night for better sleep. Make sure to read the drug interactions first, as I spent two restless nights with nervousness. Many of my friends take this product, so I'll pass it on to them, but if you are on other medication, check the list of side effects."

Percogesic Original Strength (acetaminophen / diphenhydramine) for Headache "In my earlier years I had severe migraines. I found that percogesic was very effective in lessening the severity of these. I am 78 now and in 4th stage kidney failure so I am very limited in what OTC products I can safely take. I take a prescription pain med regularly for pain from a bad knee replacement plus 2 hip replacement and severe arthiritis. I take percogesic for headaches since my pain meds do not help them while percogesic will usually stop them. I am very pleased that percogesic still does the job for me."

Percogesic Original Strength (acetaminophen / diphenhydramine) for Headache "I have severe migraines and Percogesic over the counter helps like no prescription medicine. I first tried this from a sample at a chemist in 1973. I have kept it in my cabinet since. Now I cannot find it. My bottle is out of date and am so worried. "

Percogesic Original Strength (acetaminophen / diphenhydramine) for Headache "I tried percogesic for the first time when I had a recurring headache for 5 days. I tried everything to relieve the pain and nothing worked. A friend told me about percogesic and I bought some. My headache was relieved and I was able to sleep all night! It really works and I would definitely recommend it!"

Midol PM (acetaminophen / diphenhydramine) for Pain "This product is not well known. I had to introduced it to my sister. She was taking Advil PM and it made her angry, anxious. I took her off Advil PM it and got her on Midol PM. Few days later, she called me and shared the same thing I experienced. Calm, well rested, relax and not as angry as before. I love this product. I hate the fact that it took me so long to find it. It needs to be marketed more. Black women like me have issues with our periods. Bad cramps and insomnia plague us. A product that focus on treating these problems without the side effect is God sent. I take just two pills at night when I am PMSing and during my period and I wake up like a new woman."

Percogesic Original Strength (acetaminophen / diphenhydramine) for Pain "Out of the vast amounts of different medicines I've taken over the years (most of which has been medicines prescribed by my physicians for severe pain, insomnia, and other chronic issues), this OTC medication is the very best for a number of conditions. I've had migraines for most of my life, but am allergic to prescription drugs for migraines. I've found that Percogesic is ideal for many problems. I have always had a high tolerance for medicines which could sedate a large farm animal, yet it is next to impossible to sedate me. Percogesic, however, has sedative properties, unlike so-called "migraine" medicines, like Excedrin Migraine. The active ingredient in Excedrin is caffeine, which is the last thing I want when I'm trying to escape pain."

Legatrin PM (acetaminophen / diphenhydramine) for Pain "I have taken this medication for pain in my foot due to gout. Nothing else I bought over the counter worked. I read the bottle and decided to try it. It eased my pain more than I ever thought an over the counter medicine could. The only thing to be aware of is it makes you sleepy and drowsy. But it works!"

Excedrin PM (acetaminophen / diphenhydramine) for Headache "I tried the cheap brands they made me sick, so I went back to Excedrin works great. It's like a car - you can save and get a cheap one with cheap results or pay a little more and get something that performs great. This brand is the good one - I'd invest in thier stocks"

Tylenol PM (acetaminophen / diphenhydramine) for Pain "Hi my name is Tricia, I usually take aleve pm for my bruised rib. My friend, former nurse said to use Tylenol pm so you don't get stomach bleeding. So I brought some last night. Omg, I was scratching all night and in the morning I felted very dizzy and disoriented. Don't know why I reacted that way but I will never take it again. Thank you God, that I didn't fall."

For Insomnia "I don't normally like to take pills for anything unless it's prescription for a real reason but when I need to sleep, I use these. I took one the other night and knocked me out cold, only 1. I have to cut 1 in half so I don't wake up sleeping."

Tylenol PM (acetaminophen / diphenhydramine) "I am over aged 60 and bought Tylenol PM recently for very minor back pain that interfered with my getting proper sleep. One half of a tablet (they're not easy to break) knocked me out within 30 minutes. The small dose working so well may have to do with my age (requiring less medication) or my body weight. I am under 110 lbs. The only negative about this product is the way it affected my vision. It kicked in while I was reading, and I noticed it was suddenly quite difficult to focus on the print. However, upon waking in the morning, everything was back to normal, including my eyesight. No grogginess, either."

Percogesic Original Strength (acetaminophen / diphenhydramine) for Headache "I get severe headaches and occasional migraines. Percogesic seems to be the ONLY thing that helps with the pain. I've tried prescription medications for treating migraines, including imitrex, and others. Nothing seemed to help as much as the percogesic, another good thing is that I don't experience any terrible side effects like I have with migraine medictions. I'd highly recommend this. I also take a few times per year (at most) to ease my cramps during my period when the pain is crippling."
