"Excedrin migraine pills are my best friends. I have very bad cluster migraines, and they're the only pills that help me and give me relief in like 30 minutes. I deal with migraines on a daily basis, but once I get my Excedrin migraine in me, I'm good, and I'm up moving back around. Feeling much better tonight."

"I love this stuff. I get really bad anxiety when I'm around people, and that anxiety turns into migraines when they're people I don't like. On those days, I'm glad I have this stuff. I always keep a bottle near."

"For the last few months, I have suffered from debilitating menstrual migraines. I got a bad one today, and I was literally crawling on the floor in agony. I had throbbing pain and nausea. This knocked it out completely in about 45 minutes. No pain med I've tried has worked like this."

"This is the single worst experience of my life. For 6-7 hours, I was debilitatingly nauseous, my heart rate was incredibly high, and my migraine was still at its height. This was on New Year's Eve. I was convinced it was the end of my life."

"I get about 4 migraines/tension headaches per month and have since I was a kid. If caught early enough, I can make do with just caffeine pills and an aspirin, but when things get bad, I'm reaching for my Excedrin migraine. I've timed it to 20-25 minutes to fully take effect if it works. Sometimes, though, it is not quite strong enough, and I have to use other methods to calm the pain (dark room, ear plugs, pressure points, etc.). My migraines have no aura to speak of - just a little bit of wooziness as a warning - and nausea is mild, so mainly concerned with the pain and accompanying sensitivity to light and sound. Excedrin helps with those at least."

"So far, this seems to be the only thing that will kill a migraine for me. It can take about an hour or two to show its full effect and isn't an instant fix. But if I take it when I feel the migraine coming on, it helps a lot. Definitely a good over-the-counter remedy. I do wish there was a pregnancy-safe version of this medication, though."

"32 yrs of migraines; Excedrin Migraine is helpful at the first sign (I am able to work as a night nurse). I do not drink/eat anything with caffeine, so it causes some jitteriness, but doesn't cause drowsiness (eating helps). I have food trigger/hormone trigger migraines. Working with my doctor has taken time as my migraines have increased in intensity/duration. I take Excedrin Migraine day 1; after 24 hours, I need Sumatriptan (can with naproxen; Sumatriptan should not be taken with other pain medications). Day 3, I use Fioricet. When my symptoms wane, I use Excedrin Migraine. I talk with my pharmacist to avoid any medication interactions (also advised a safe, less drowsy motion sickness medication for imbalance). There is not anything available for vision blurriness, but Excedrin Migraine does not intensify that symptom. I had my blood work/MRI done to rule out any underlying symptoms. My doctor advised Excedrin Migraine, and it is very helpful."

"I have been a long user of Goody Headache Powder. In my opinion, it is the quickest and surest way to cure an annoying headache. I will say, though, that I despise the new packaging. They are not more convenient in the least and impossible to get all the Goody out of. Horrible decision."

"When I get headaches, it is so bad. I have taken every headache medicine I know of, but none of them worked for me until I tried Excedrin. I hadn't tried it until last month. I tried it, and my headache was gone in about 15 mins. So ever since then, I bought a bottle of Excedrin, and now I barely even get headaches. I even wake up now in the morning feeling better than ever. So now, when one of my friends comes to me and says they have a bad headache, I give them an Excedrin and I tell them to buy Excedrin. My days have been so much better, and I barely have headaches now. Thanks so much for the product."

"I have gotten an ocular migraine 5 times in my life. I haven't had one in 3 years, but today, out of the blue, I got one, and it was awful, it also had me vomiting, and I took some ibuprofen but couldn't keep it down. My friend had left her Goody's powder at my house, luckily, and I decided to try to take that. It tastes awful, but it worked in 30-45 minutes. Migraine gone."

"I woke up with a migraine and took this, it dulled it but never went fully away. When I was able to take my next dose, I did. Soon after, my vision started to blur, my face was flushed, I felt light-headed, dizzy, the room was spinning, my heart was racing (over 180 bpm! Well over that), and I felt like I was about to pass out. Turns out it was a reaction to the caffeine in this. I am not a caffeine-free person and had never had this experience before, but the doctor said the caffeine is a high dose in this. I now take Aleve or Maxalt for bad migraines, no issues."

"I've had terrible migraines since I was 5 years old, sometimes lasting 4 days, and I'm 18 now. I've taken everything you can think of, all of which had absolutely no effect on the migraine at all! I found Excedrin at a Dollar General, and I only took half a dose, and within 15 minutes, my migraine was completely gone. It's like magic. Too bad it took me 11 years to find it!"

"The only stuff I use for migraines. If I catch a migraine within the first hour, this stuff works every time. Basically, it’s like crushed-up Excedrin, but it is more effective for me. The only downside is the packaging. They need to redesign individual wrappings. It’s a white powder wrapped in a small paper wrapping with no text on it. I’m scared to carry one with me in fear of having to explain to the cops."

"The first time I took Excedrin Migraine, I think I took too many because it didn't help my migraine! But the second time I took it, I took one, and it was gone... but then it came back again, and I didn't take another one because it says to only take 2 in 24 hours, and I wanted to wait. But I'm looking forward to buying a bottle and using it in the future. THANKS, EXCEDRIN MIGRAINE!"

"I get migraines every month or two that are one-sided, typically coinciding with my period, and usually after I drink. They aren't completely preventable with the drinking thing because a) they happen occasionally when I don't drink and b) I'm not going to stop drinking. Excedrin Migraine is definitely the best medicine I've taken for them, but it doesn't come close to eliminating the pain completely. I've had migraines since I was about 10 or 11, and each one pretty much debilitates me for 24-36 hours, therefore, I'm thinking of going for a prescription."

"I took this medication because I suffer from migraines. I never have taken it, and since it said migraine, I said I would try it. I took 2 pills, which are 250 mg each, so 500 mg in total. I literally felt my soul leaving my body in less than 15 minutes of taking it. I got pale, diarrhea, nausea, and after an hour of my heart rate so high and blood pressure so high, I went to the hospital. I fainted at the hospital. They even said they don’t suggest this. It was so scary. If you suffer with anxiety, don’t try!"

"I love Excedrin Migraine. I get migraines on and off, but when I get them, they last for a week. Excedrin gets rid of my pain in 20 minutes, and I can go about my day. You could get stomach ulcers from taking too much of it or taking it every day. It’s meant to be used every once in a while. Also had a fever, and it got rid of it and my body aches in 20 minutes."

"As someone who's been experiencing severe chronic aura migraines (5-7 days/week) since age 10 (17 now), I have tried a lot of different pain medications. Due to my hEDS, drugs such as acetaminophen and Excedrin work for some months before I grow a tolerance to them. I tried everything: lowering my dosage, taking fewer pain meds, going cold turkey and trying again a month later, but alas nothing seemed to work until I heard about Vanquish. I've been taking Vanquish for a little less than a year now and my dosage of 2 pills still works within 30 minutes to 1 hour with no noticeable side effects. Unfortunately, Vanquish is not a miracle drug and after taking it, I still usually have a slight headache and the occasional visual aura, but it has allowed me to live my life again. My only suggestion is to avoid taking it with Benadryl. I had an allergic reaction and needed it an hour after taking Vanquish, leading to an experience I can only imagine is comparable to taking copious amounts of meth."

"I take this once I start losing my vision before the headache with a migraine comes on. Usually, within about 20 minutes, my vision starts to come back and it dulls the pounding headache pain associated with my migraines. I would definitely recommend it if you suffer from migraines. This is a lifesaver for me."

"I had been having some bad headaches for a few days, so I decided to take Excedrin. Took 2 pills and drank a cup of coffee thinking the extra caffeine would help. The headache was still there, so I took 1 more Excedrin a few hours later. Bad idea. I felt sick to my stomach all night. My heart was racing, but I couldn't sit still because I was jittery and anxious from the caffeine. Felt like I was going to pass out. Very scary. Almost called 911."

"I've had chronic migraine since age 13. Now 75. This is the best migraine relief I have ever used. It is effective 95% of the time and usually works in about 30 minutes. A positive side effect is increased ability to concentrate (when precursors subside), a burst of creative insight for new story ideas, and easier access to decades-gone memories. Has anybody else experienced this? Will increasing the dosage increase the creativity? Is there a downside?"

"I'm off painkillers because of this. Works incredibly well for my condition, every single time I need it. Excedrin has been a lifesaver. It only takes 1 pill of extra strength. And headaches are soon gone! Also helps with my sinus pressure for some reason. The caffeine may keep you awake if you're sensitive to it, so 9/10! Great medicine."

"I have migraine headaches all the time due to bright lights. So I'm always wearing dark sunglasses even if the sun isn't out. I feel like hiding in a cave sometimes. Very miserable. I can't enjoy going out and living a normal life. But I talked to a good friend and she bought me Excedrin migraine med and I was skeptical about taking it because I thought nothing could ever work. I always use ibuprofen 800 that got rid of some of the pain and had to go to sleep to not have to endure pain for hours. So today I was experiencing circling blurry rainbows and was like here we go again. I have a date in two hours. So I took a chance and took two pills as soon as I saw the first effect. After 15 minutes no pain at all I love it. Thank you. Now I can live my life."

"Awesome stuff. I'm a nursing assistant in a nursing home and ended up getting a migraine in the middle of my shift. Nothing usually helps my migraines, let alone gets rid of them completely. But my migraine was 100% gone within ten minutes of taking Excedrin Extra Strength. It was amazing! Never gonna need anything else for my migraines."

"I am absolutely in LOVE with Excedrin Migraine! Whenever I have the worst migraine, I always take this pill, and it goes away so fast. I've been having migraines since I was about 11, and at first, I would take Advil because I didn't know about Excedrin. But, as soon as I found this, I never went back. I swear by this pill. It's the only thing that really works for me. I don't know why for me it doesn't give me a stomach ache. I just took some this morning because I had the worst migraine, and I couldn't wait to eat something first. But my stomach is fine still. I would 1000% recommend Excedrin to anyone!"
