Zoloft (sertraline) may cause harm to the fetus if it is used during the last 3 months of pregnancy. You will need to discuss the benefits and risks of using Sertraline while you are pregnant with your doctor.

Hello pony3084. I am adding to Sue's answer that aside from the side effects to being pregnant, you'll be feeling the common, normal side effects to taking Zoloft. Insomnia, anxiety, irritability etc. They all usually ease up and diminish once you spent some time taking it. Regards, pledge
