I take a low 50 mg dose of Zoloft and also take phenterine. I've questioned my doctor twice about taking these two together and he insists that it's fine but what I have read says that I should not. Does anyone know whether these can be safely taken together? Has anyone eperience taking both of these meds
Hello Wger2824. I agree with your doctor. As you mentioned the dose of Zoloft is low, you shouldn't have to worry. Many drug combinations carry what I call red flags. Zoloft and Wellbutrin is one. Remeron and Paxil another. And so on. You have the option of dropping either one if you feel the risk outweighs the reason(s) taking the drugs. Best of wishes to you, pledge
