I've gotten way off track with my meds. Ever since the loss of my daughter, things just haven't been right. I've missed weeks at a time in my pills. I need to get back on track. If anyone has any ideas on the best way to do this, please let me know. I need your help.
I am so sorry for your loss first and foremost. I would call my dr or pharmacist and ask one of them they have the best knowledge when it comes to prescriptions. I hope this helps, I know my pharmacist is the best lady and she listens to all my concerns and can answer all my concerns.
Get a weekly pill box. Then set an alarm to go off when its time to take your pills. There are even pill boxes with alarms on them. You can also do what I did years ago before all this technology, put a big note on your frig to remind you. I can well understand why you are forgetting them.
Hi, Tee. I know it can be difficult when you are on so many meds. I remember at one point I was on so many pills I made a checklist everyday and had to check off after I took each pill because I would sometimes take one, then take it again because I forgot that I took it, then be sick because I took two! Or I would just forget. I think Kaismama's idea is better though. Make your schedule and set your alarms. And set up your prescriptions on line or with texts to remind you when your refills are due.
Also I wanted to tell you I have been praying for you every night and think about you often. It must be especially hard with Christmas coming up. May God watch over you and help bring some healing in your life soon.
