Can I expect to see improvement over the next few weeks?
Been on Zoloft for 4 weeks and feeling great. But I am still not sleeping all night long?

Added: I am taking it at night, would it be better to switch to the mornings? Would that help with the sleep?

Correction it has only been 3 weeks.
geokar; Sorry but glad it is working you know you will get the full benefit of the Zoloft in 2 to 4 more weeks and hopefully that sleep problem will go away. You can always talk with the doctor and see if they can give you something to sleep. Also if your taking it at night it is just as effective if taken in the morning but remember once you decide when to take it keep it that way and do your best to not miss any doses and take it about the same time every day. Best of luck to you and very happy you're getting relief so soon. keep at it. Chuck1957
