Hi Little girl-
The two meds you are on are suppose to help with weight loss, depression, anxiety and PTSD.
If you are still suffering with symptoms it may not be the right combo for you. You may have to do a little research for some weight neutral meds. Sertraline can cause weight gain, but Bupropion is weight neutral and or can help you loose weight.
Maybe once you have the depression, anxiety and PTSD under control you will have the energy to tackle you weight. Just a thought.
There are many combos, best to talk to your doctor about your options.
