Zoladex = High BP how to decrease without chemical drugs?

Been taking Zoladex for 4 years now, blood pressure is up around 160/95.
Taking resveratrol after watching Dr 'Snuffy' Myers on YT suggesting that this may help. Still hovering around the high mark. Does anyone have suggestions on how to bring down BP with natural remedies?

Edit: thank you for the answers but I can see that other than pharma suggestions this topic is going nowhere. Taking drugs is of course the option but we need to keep in mind that they have to be genetically tailored for the individual. Thank you and good luck.
If you're overweight losing weight helps. Cutting salt intake also. You really need to see your dr. Playing around with "natural" things can take a while and not be enough. In the meantime you could have a stroke.
Really, you need to get that blood pressure down before you have a stroke or worse. If it takes drugs to do it, use them. While you are taking the drugs you can use your time to investigate options online. But only when BP is borderline do the herbal, natural remedies work. Good luck to you.
