I have had a four level anterior /posterior spinal fusion, mrsa, clean outs, now two years later find no fusion an a screw placed impaled my nerve later to be served during revision , also had a spinal fluid leak so another surgery to repair. I don't tolerate heavy pain meds. Bp runs low all the time. My PM doctor put me on zohydro 20 mg twice daily an narco 10 mg. Once daily for breakthrough. It just seemed like after last surgery it wasn't enough. So she placed me on 30 mg. I took first one this am. Made me tired. Will this go away? Is it normal? Pain is well under control just tired.
I think that you should probably be exhausted after going through so much. This medication is very strong. Please keep a close watch for any respiratory problems and heart flutters or anything that doesn't feel right with your chest especially. This is great for controlling the pain, but an overdose can be likely so please be very careful! I hope this helps.
