I am 32yrs old, there is no symptoms like headache and tiredness casually checked BP it showing 150/90 couple of times, is 150/90 adjusted with my body or i am a hypertensive, 2yrs back I stopped playing games but as per my profession I walk daily at least 2km, from last 1week doing exercise and last 2days taking zero salt diet
You need to consult a physician, any systolic pressure above 139 mmHg requires immediate medical attention because a pressure that high can cause a lot of cardiovascular damage. To make sure your reading is accurate make sure you don't smoke or drink coffee for about 6 hours before measuring. Also make sure you take a seat and rest for 5 minutes before starting the reading.
Raja2110; Yes I agree with the first poster and first of all that is an old myth about headaches etc for high blood pressure stick with the one the silent Killer you can have no symptoms what so ever and still have very high blood pressure follow the first posters advice and get in and get your Blood pressure checked soon high blood pressure does not care what your age and other things going on.is Don't waste any time and try to get in to see the doctor asap.
