I had severe neck pain from a pinched nerve while in Ukraine. The doctor at the pharmacy (yes each pharm has one there at all times) gave me vioxx. It cost 27 hyvrina for 10 pills. (that's about $2.50 total). US law says you can bring back a 90 day supply of drugs from overseas. If you use the max dose allowed for 90 day calculation... I'm just sayin
I thought that they didn't even make Vioxx anymore. I saw a Dateline investigative report about how drugs are approved by the FDA, the entire process, and they used Vioxx, to see if they could get it through all the channels as drug companies have a hand in these "channels". They did get it approved, and the drug testing phase was done in INDIA. That's why I'm surprised that you can get Vioxx somewhere else, because I didn't think that they can make it anywhere due to the severe problems it causes. Not only does it cause strokes, but many people have dropped DEAD using Vioxx. You either have very old meds, or you are really taking your life in that pills' hands so to speak. I would NOT take it.
I'm just sayin.
I am fully aware of the risks of Vioxx but being a chronic pain sufferer from failed back surgery, I would gladly sign a waiver that I was ising Vioxx at my own risk. I was using Vioxxup until it was banned and since have been on narcotic pain relievers that do not work even half as well as Vioxx did and Vioxxis only an NSAID. If I could aquire Vioxx through the black market or any other means, I would do so in a heartbeat (no pun intended).
