In paying for my medications several times they have offered me another so-called "generic" form of the medications that I take. I have tried them before but this time, I informed the pharmacist that they just don't work and I will not pay for something that I don't want. He looked at me as if I were wrong! I think that you have a right as a citizen to get what you pay for and if you don't like and/or want it to go elsewhere... am I correct???
Well, I agree, however the pharmacy can only write what the Dr orders, they will not refund and cannot replace or substitute, not without a Dr ordering such a change. Do find out the name of the generic brand that's not working and be sure to ask the pharmacy if they can order from a different supplier next time before you hand it over to be filled, if not, try another pharmacy. Sadly, you will not be able to handle this as you would anything other than a medication. Work with and tghrough your Dr towards a solid solution. Hope this is helpful.
