Hi! First, I just wanted to make sure I understood what you mean by "Dysphea," given where this is posted I am assuming it is actually supposed to be something like dysphoria? Please let me know so I can make sure my answers are correct.
Fluoxetine is an SSRI and will help with depression and hopefully your dysphea, but it is not designed to treat anxiety. I have depression and anxiety and have been on a lot of different medications for both problems. You have a lot of options of different SSRI's if fluoxetine doesn't work for your depression.
For your anxiety you will need likely need a benzo, of which there are many your doctor can choose from.
And from personal experience and just knowing the general trend, it is likely you will need both an SSRI or similar anti-depressant and something for anxiety.
