A little joint pain just popped up from time to time. Someone recommend me to try Cryotherapy. But I just don't know about the long term affects with your nerves being in shock.my concern is will I have to take the Zofran until I'm done with the antil hormone therapy

Heinekin; Now remember even if these side effects show up does not mean you well get them
many of these are listed even if they did not happen to this medication but did to one that is closes in the family of drugs most people get along very well with these medications. This is used lots for woman that have had breast cancer to make sure it keeps everything under control. But as I said by no means does it mean you well have any of these. It's best to try it and you may notice slight changes but nothing like it sounds like. So please it's very important that you take these pills this well help keep things under control. Chuck1957
I will be 59 in a couple of months. I had hormone related stage 3 breast cancer in my upper breast, between the right and left. It invaded many lymph nodes. for years, after getting regular mammograms, films not ultra sound At the time medi-cal would not pay for ultra sound. With film, dense breast tissue and cancer look alike, (white). I had a new doctor she felt it. After one breast removal, hard and heavy chemotherapy and 57 rounds of radiation, I had the other breast removed. I am a type 1 diabetic since I was a kid. I thought the side effects were from being an older diabetic and chemotherapy .
After a few months of anastrozole, my hands were so sore and weak I could not hold my dogs leash. Even with very strong pain meds, the pain seemed to be overwhelming. My breasts have scared and I was told the pain was from adhesion's. Which makes my chest feel like I have a band around making it harder to breath. My wrists and ankles get sharp pains, I am tired all the time but have trouble sleeping. Forget memory problems. My cancer is in remission. The only doctor I could find that took medi-cal, told me that I "presented" to her worse than any patient she had ever seen. I was not expected to get through chemo, I had some rocky times. Medi-Cal, Medicare... gave me City of hope, for one year. COH prescribed anastrozole and a million tests later, 40 pounds lighter I am cancer free. I would NOT stop taking anastrozole I will live with the side effects. I hope my bones don't fail, my hand pain has decreased some after two terrible years. I had shots in them. I still have trigger fingers and when they stick I have to use my other hand to release my fingers. I have other side effects, but for now I will stay with anastrozole.
