I usually get my period around the 10th-15th around there, I got my period last month on the 17th which I thought it was normal because of the pill. But this month I haven't gotten and it's kinda worrying me, should I be concerned about it and go check it out ?
You need to do a pregnancy test, & if it's negative, then it will just be the Plan B messing your menstrual cycle up, until your body re-balances itself. You could certainly be pregnant despite taking Plan B, though, so you'll need to find out. Plan B does not work if you are already fertile (ovulating) when you take it. You'd need another pill or the IUD in that situation, within 5 days of the unprotected sex.
