Should you take liothyronine at the same time you take synthyroid?

Hello. Has your doctor told you to take both of these at the same time? The dosing instructions say don't take the synthroid and the liothyronine. Take one drug or the other.

Call the doctor or a pharmacist for your answer. This could lead to thyroid toxicity if not properly controlled.

Synth round is taken after you wake up in the morning with only a full glass of water. Half an hour later you may eat or drink whatever you wish except calcium supplement or magnesium product which is taken four hours later.

Synthroid is the word above. To be clear, these two drugs are not to be taken in the same day. Use the synthroid and do not take the other unless your doctor says so. By any chance is it left over after the surgery?
