what do you typically eat in a day?At what dosage seemed to work best?
Have been on 3.75 since Tuesday so today is my 4th day. Immediate change in appetite, but could be partly psychological. Walking 1 mile a day. Drinking one cup of coffee in morning with creamer (no sugar) and water with lemon or lime all day. Banana or shake for breakfast, 1/2 avocado mid morning, maybe a cup of soup at lunch and small dinner mostly fresh vegies and fish. Have lost 5 lbs already. Only side effect is upper back tenderness and extreme headaches in the early evening. Have read a few folks reviews saying those symptoms subsided after day four so my fingers are crossed.
Pretty good. Been on 7.5 dose since 6/20/2013 and have lost about 26lbs. I drink A LOT of water... sparkling or still. No taste for diet or sugar free drinks. Artificial sweeteners now give me a headache. As far as food, I stay away all things fried, refined sugar, gluten, dairy, and any meat that is not hormone and antibiotic free. Sounds limiting I know, but I'm never hungry. Good luck.
