Krabbez; These 2 medications brand and generic are the same,They have not had any problems with the generic Cytomel Nowdays it is not always the Pharmacist that just decides to change it. Lot's of Insurance companies refuse to pay for brand name when there is a generic out.And the bottom line is you save money by getting the generic.If your not comfortable with it ask them about why they changed it. But with this medication you really have nothing to worry about just leaves more money in your pocket instead of the drug manufacture's Have a great day. Chuck1957
