I ask this question because I want to do both but first I want to know if its actually possible. I want to go to Yale or Harvard and I want to know if I can study for both.
They are completely different specialities and each would take quite some experience to be good at. Do medicine; become an intern on 100 hour weeks filling out charts for your bosses for McDonalds money and you or them then decide where your talents are.
My advice is burn to every episode of Greys Anatomy you ever watched and return to reality.
