Not necessarily asking about more medication, but activities, tips anything you've found that helps organize your thoughts/life.
I have ADD and take adderal and I still have to carry around a notepad to stay organized. I use my cell phone for a lot of my oranization. Also I use to snicker at people for meditating but now that Ive actually tried it has made a much needed improvement on my life. I use those quiet moments to try to really focus on the important things and stop freaking out about all the little things.
